Dial Indicator Mount

Postby Timber Haint » Sun Feb 11, 2018 2:52 pm

This is a dial indicator mount designed for an unmodified single extruder N2 plus. Great for checking bed flatness (level).

You can install this without removing any components or fans.

Dial Indicator Designed for
I think most dial indicators with a back mount will work. Not sure.

Print Settings
These settings give me great adhesion and piece rigidity using Raise3d Premium PLA.
Nozzle: 210 deg.
Bed: 70 deg.
2 shells
30% infill (Honeycomb)
No raft. No supports.

Print Orientation
I've found this to be the best print orientation.
NOTE: I've found that you can repair it or not repair it and it prints fine. I always repair it. Not sure what causes this issue.

Nice for a dual extruder setup. It looks like it’s a single print?
