I know its a little hard to hear but it sounds almost like grinding.. and it seems to occur when moving on a sepcific axis.

Only started happening today. I've used this printer a lot, so comes as no surprise that things may have gotten loose or whatever.

the XY Gantry is out of square, there are alignment blocks to help realign x and y axis. turn in a support ticket or pm me your e-mail and i will send you the instructions and stl file on how to realign.

I am also experiencing this issue. Could you please send me a link to these alignment tools and docs ?
Thanks!
