New N2 Printer - Loud Fan and Dust

Postby SnakeHanau » Fri Aug 25, 2017 7:43 am

Hi together,

after my brand new N2 Printer has arrived me, and after the unpacking, i've noticed that in the printingchamber was some sort of dust.
I was a Little bit confused because the Printer was well packed and it was a brand new (not used) Printer.
But ok, just cleand it with an Cloth.

Then after removeing the shipping safety i porwerd on the Printer, load fillament and started printig the first test print....of cause a benchy :D

While it was printing i've noticed a sound from an fan witch was going louder and louder....terrible noise.
after the print was done I opend the MotionControler Case and then i saw witch fan.....

The fan and the rest in the box are complete coverd by this dust !

After I found this, I looked at the Hot Ends and Bingo...there were also a lot of this dust.
I Cleand this and checkt the fans....seems to be OK.

Can anyone from Rase3D explain this ?
Are out there outher users with someshing like this ?
I think that this unacceptable for a Printer of this Price !

Hallo SnakeHanau,
Peter

I just purchased (2) N2 Dual Plus printers and they are both like this also. The fans are extremely loud and full of dust after less than 1 week of use.
