Printing

Postby mattcalqsmith » Mon Jul 31, 2017 4:05 pm

For some reason my N2Plus does not wait any longer for the heatbed or the nozzle to heat up when printing, it just starts printing right away, pretty novice at this and fairly new machine, so just trying to work out all the kinks.

Please understand the machine only does what you tell it, and by tell it, I mean what is in the gcode print file.
It's that simple. So, if you want help on this error, you should post the offending gcode file that causes this behavior.
Again, the reason is simple, your gcode file is not including the wait commands.

Alternatively, what slicer and what starting gcode are you using?

First, as Jetguy said, please share or check your start code or share the gcode you have preheating problem with us to check the start code for you.
Second, what does the screen show the target and current temperature of nozzles and bed when print starts. If you manual heat up the nozzles and bed, can they heat up to proper temperature or not.

Can't see the heating code from these.
If possible, would you like to share the gcode file with us?
