The problem seems to be that the ABS+ from Esun slowly deposits residue inside the nozzle over time and it eventually clogs. This is just my guess. I use the Esun ABS+ because it warps far less than standard ABS.

My solution has been to replace the nozzle with a clean one every 1.5-2 rolls of filament. I bought a few extra nozzles so I wait for 3-4 nozzles to get dirty and then clean them all at once. So far, no clogs since I've been on this schedule.

PS: I have also thrown away 2 nozzles that impacted the bed clips. Even minor nozzle strikes can damage the opening enough to create clogs.

My nozzle is new so it looks at a other problem, tanky you for your information.
