Bashing into Parts

Postby Tony » Mon Jul 30, 2018 7:52 pm

My brand new Raise3D Pro2 plus keeps banging into parts causing them to rip off supports and miss-aligning the printing head. So whatever it then prints is a disaster.
Am I not using enough supports?
Tighter spacing?
Any help or comments most appreciated. Thanks!

Have you double confirm the nozzle distance to bed surface with the feeler gauge based on the steps in Quick Starter Guide?
And whether the nozzle jogging works properly on your printer?
