No memory visible

Hello,

in my RaiseCloud I don't see any memory. Neither the local nor the USB memory.
We see only the "rotating circle" ...

Have you updated your RaiseTouch firmware to be the latest version which you can get from our Download Center?
If so, please clear cache of your browser and try again.
If still cannot work, we may need more information of your RaiseCloud account to dig in. Please open a support ticket to reach to us.

Also Having the same problem, with the current version. Just installed and tried today and no luck.

Have you already tried to clear cache of your browser?
If so, please open a support ticket to reach to us at http://help.raise3d.com. We may need your account information to see what's going on with the issue.

After some, messing around with the web browser, settings and re-clearing the cache the problem was fixed. Thanks Vicky for the help.
