new updates

Postby Rogman » Mon Oct 29, 2018 6:03 pm

I have the Pro2 attached (binded) to cloud services and after installing the new updates (firmware 0.0.66 and RaiseTouch 1.1.0.1021) the printer is no longer "bound" to the cloud services. do i have to go back to RaiseTouch 0.9.12.822?

Yes, you may need to roll back to RaiseTouch 0.9.12.822. Because the fireware for RaiseCloud is particular, not same as the official version. You can only control RaiseCloud by the Cloud version firmware.

We will synchronize all firewares after we publish RaiseCloud official version.
Apologize for the inconvenience.

Just got a new RaiseTouch patch. If you need you can download from this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/10H5Ey8 ... wkJKb/view.
This patch can scroll back RaiseTouch to older version which can run RaiseCloud. If not, please hold and wait until the next update.
We are trying to release the updated RaiseCloud and RaiseTouch in next week which will be compatible with each other.
