Pro 2 Failure

Postby treyco » Fri Feb 08, 2019 3:15 pm

This is the first time this has happened to me. I started a 38 hour print. At approximately 18 hours into the print, the controller just shut down. The controller screen went completely blank and was unresponsive. The bed and print heads remained hot and all the lights were still on. I had no choice but to power the machine down and back in. It came back on as normal but I was not given the opportunity to resume the print. I’m afraid to restart the print. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Sounds like a system crush. The board get no chances to realize there's data needs to save before reboot.

Please reach to our technicians at http://help.raise3d.com. They will help you diagnose the issue and find a solution for you. You may need to open the back of the touchscreen box and check some wiring based on their instructions.
