Yes Vicky, you are correct in my case on the protrusion being related to the fixing screw. If I loosen the screw the bump lessens. When I'm not in the middle of a print job I will research more by removing the plate and both screws to see why that side protrudes. I tried loosening the screw and retightening but it doesn't remove the bump. I'll investigate more...

The warp may due to screws. But snapping off looks weird.
Once you open the support ticket, please advise me your ticket number so that I will ask the support team to pay special attention to that.

You have a glass effect - temperature effect. This is not a mounting screws issue. I didn't touch mounting screws...

This story has the happy ending. I have received a new handle for free. thank you Raise. What about two red pieces - the same material for the handle. Could you explain what about that? Thank you.

Looks like accumulated heat build up in the metal screws radiating out into the plastic.

Yes material should be replaced. Other side is idea. This handle should be elevated up... bed plate should be lay on whole surface without handle offset. You avoid warping this way. So plate should have step 90 degrees like cooking pan. Up above the surface. Other side it will be easier to pry by spatula on bed surface also. Bad design. You should change it or made magnetic elastic plate.

With me, bumps also form on the bracket ... is probably just a question of time until the bracket breaks ...

@Vicky
How should I behave now ????

That warping of handle in your picture looks like due to the fixing screws for the handle. You can find them from the bottom sight.

I don't have a Pro2 so I can be certain but it seems as if the mounting screws are too long and therefore distorting the top surface of the handle. I assume the mounting screws come in from the bottom and thread into the two pieces mounting in the holes of the plate, shown below.

If the screws are too long they will bow the top of the handle as we are seeing. Maybe pull the screws and shorten them slightly?
