N2+ left extruder heat block not staying aligned with right

Postby libjbcim » Thu Aug 30, 2018 3:19 pm

Have had the N2+ for a couple months, many successful prints. Just noticed the heat block on the left extruder was out of alignment with the right extruder. Took off both screws (one on the front, one beneath the fan) and straightened. After a few more prints, I noticed it went back to being crooked again (see attached image). Its position does not seem to affect dual extruder prints in any way, but it bothers me to see the block out of alignment. Any ideas? Thanks.

You have loose hotend. Besides unaligned, there is also filament leakage on your hotend.
You now have to take the hotend apart and clean the leaking filament off. Then put everything back properly.
Attach two instruction videos for your reference.
