Is the N2 Sold Out Because it is No Longer Being Made?

Postby Casale8 » Tue Nov 20, 2018 8:36 pm

Did I miss something, or is the N2 being obsoleted for the Pro series?

We stop N series this year. But the support for N serie's printers will still continue.

That's a shame. We anticipate purchasing a second printer after the new year, but will not purchase a Pro2 due to it's closed source firmware. We were hoping for another N2 Plus single so we will now need to look at used or another open source company. :(

You can search online. Some of our resellers may still have some N series printers in stock.

Your price point alone with the quality and size of print from an N2 is far better than the still young pro2 series...

I'm shocked and disappointed.

I agree about the price point on the Pro...too much for what it actually does or better yet what it does not do...

Just forcing the buyer's hand. I bet if N2 series was still available it would be cutting into the Pro2 sales.
