[BUG] Static IP Address Changes Between Shutdown/Restarts

Postby JoeKellyATI » Wed Jul 18, 2018 2:54 pm

Hello,

It appears that there might be a bug in the firmware of the Pro2. The RaiseTouch version is 0.9.8.1652.

When we first bought the printer, we set it to a static IP address of .108. However, we found that we had to change the static IP to .234 instead. When we changed it to .234, everything worked great. However, we found that if you shutdown the printer and turn it back on, it goes back to the .108 IP address.

We haven't done a lot of troubleshooting to get it to stay on .234, but I figured I would check to see if this was a known bug or not.

Hopefully this gets fixed soon!

Would you like to update the firmware to the current latest version on our website first and check whether the issue is still there or not?
I haven't heard this bug before, I will double check with the software team.

Thanks for the reply!

We'll try updating RaiseTouch to the latest firmware, and I'll reply back with our findings.

UPDATE:
Updating the firmware to version 0.9.11 fixed the changing static IP issue.

Thanks,
Joe
