dont know if this has been asked but what are the chances in ideal maker to atchully pick left extruder and right extruder and give them seperate nozzle sizes as at the mo you can only chose 1 size nozzle as far as i can see will this be possible maybe thanks

ive not mixed petg with abs yet im strugling with petg at mo in the sense it is rubbish from octofiber will have to have a word to see if you can change different nozzle sizes for each extruder

I do not a better picture with me, but the black gear is made of Polymaker PC. I am printing a robotic arm and the gripper and gears are going to be made of Polycarbonate. yeap mine started doing this the trigger fell out when checking it found the case was splitting but managed to super glue it and fine now as ive a deadline to get done any info on better limit switches their was 1 in a forum not long back on changing them are they 12v

think they are testing them the next race is belgian ive a feeling these bits go on the bottom of the car helping with down draught was late notice still printing them be good as they gave me the file but ive had to decide what infill and layer height and nozzle as for tolorances

Well is like to say the n2 plus is making parts for a formula 1 team in the uk can't post pics or show files as its confidential and I'm signed to a data protection act but they are polymaker plus pc parts 10 off at 6 hour prints .15 layer height welcome raise to f1 and they are very thin only 11mm ...

raise camera

well im printing with a .80mm nozzle and at 85mm/s while checking the camera on my phone the 1 i got with the printer and wow it struggles to keep up frame rate wise anyone got info on a good camera and setting it up cheers

well i found i had a broken fan so thought do i wait for raise to get 1 or i tried 1 of my 40mm fans that i have for my other printer and their happens to be another hole to screw into to you can fit 1 so i have redesigned the fan housing and incorporated a fan cover as well will post pics later of ...

you should be able to use all of them as long as you measure your filament diameter and take a average then do a test cube i found most of my cheap abs comes out at 1.73 and my carbon comes out at 1.77 i find a bigger nozzle like .6mm works good with carbonfil if you use a bigger nozzle dont forget ...

Using up filament

Well I had a look through my cupboard and with the raise filament plus other and test samples I got I have over 30 rolls and 20 sample packs so thought I'd start to use them up and mix them up we have red raise pla then I have 2 makes of carbon fill then 2 sample packs and this is what we got so far

you can change nozzle size in the printer settings you just have to make sure when you swap back you change it again im using .6mm at the mo and im waiting on some .8mm hardened to turn up as im doing carbon fil pieces
