Re: Silicone Hot End Covers anyone tried these?

We have already started shipping from last week and hasn't completed all yet. Once we finished all the shipping of all the preorders (should be within this week), we will change the status of preorder on website. Vicky, I received my tracking info for the camera and Silicone covers on the 6th but a...

Re: X-Offset on Print

Vicky, I do not not think from what I have seen that Raise3D changed the frame components from the N2 to the Pro, it would require new injected mold parts at a hefty price. Yes the clips were removed in the Pro2 which eliminated that interference but the plate location doesn't look like it moved. Yo...

Re: X-Offset on Print

I think this also applies to the Pro 2, I have a N2+, you can not actually print the full 12" (305mm) x 12" (305mm) X/Y, even though the build plate is 13" X x 13.5" Y. Per my conversation with support as well as trial and error the travel of the extruder is physically limited by...

Re: Silicone Hot End Covers anyone tried these?

I have them on my N2+, I pre-order the caps and camera back in July but also ordered two replacement V2 complete hot ends a couple weeks back as spares which came with the caps already included. They work good, can't complain. I have printed ABS/PLA/PETG and NylonX, all saw little to no random strin...

Re: N series camera - missing matching Raise Touch update

RaiseTouch 1.0.0 was released today, I pre-ordered the camera and though I have not got it this release has the camera in the menu.

Edit - I have a N2+

Re: filament run out sensor adds resistance (particularly relevant for bondtech extruders)

I noticed that as well, the spacing difference for being located on the retro fit Pre-Pro adds an extra "S" curve creating drag. Pro has it on the Bondtech so the holes line up, retro fit the N2+ and it has to split in both directions to match the hole layout in the side. I tried the modif...

Re: Filament Run-out Sensor Shipping Delay

Well that sucks. I was told that the over run protection would be shipped with my order for the run-out sensor, is this still the case as I am still showing unfulfilled on my ship status from March 8th?

Re: Print in dashboard that's not mine

How did you delete them from the dashboard? I can't seem to see a way to do that. Joey Vicky - not a good way to do that if you have files you still want to keep local on the printer. JoeyC, Make sure you have the latest firmware like Vicky said. From the main screen go to "Print" Select ...

Re: Thermal-Protector - available soon to all

I left an application for protection, where can I track the execution of this order? You may need to shoot a mail to sales@raise3d.com Vicki, I emailed sales early last week in response to my order for this along with the filament run out sensor that was ordered and paid for on 3/8/2018. I have not...

Re: Print in dashboard that's not mine

I had four prints left on mine that I got in March, A dragon was one of them as well. They ranged from a couple hours to 14 hours I think was the longest one. As Vicki said I had already assumed they were for testing so I just deleted them and started with my first print. I am glad they take the tim...

Re: Just Released N2 Pro

OK on my list of improvements I would like available, granted I am a new user with Raise3D just not a new user to 3D printing or CNC. 1st - better controller, better drivers, upgrade able drivers, that is if they aren't fixed from the factory. 2nd - camera is nice but functional alternatives is nice...

Just Released N2 Pro

It figures, just got the N2 Plus this month and you guys release the Pro version. Looks like you listened to most of the drawbacks of the N2 Plus with the Camera, Bondtech style feeder, proximity switches, retraction heads, restyled bed and updated control board (not sure what the box is in the uppe...

Re: Model release

I recently received my N2+ and the first print I did on it was a bear to get off, the surface it came with does a real good job of adhesion. I used the painters putty knife the unit came with as well as some others I had of various thickness and sharpness of the edge. After the 3 print and wrestling...

Re: Received New N2+ Today

Thanks for the info Jetguy I will do that this weekend. I did not see my post after making it, guess I had to be approved so I missed it from yesterday. I have been printing since I got it and just amazed at how well it works but will verify that the firmware is correct before I proceed any further....

Received New N2+ Today

Just thought I would drop a line, FedEx dropped off my new N2+ today, boxing crate was a great design, unpacked easily. Wheeled it into my office, spent about 30 minutes peeling the plasticoat and freeing all the clips and straps. 30 minutes later wifi connected, Z adjusted by 0.10, model sliced and...
