Re: log file transfer not working properly?

I was having issues with getting the log to export. it would export once and I would have to reboot the printer from the main switch to get another one to export. Is this bug?

Re: R3D carruage CAD drawings

I modelled the file above. I did a lot of work on designing new cooling solutions but everything pretty much met with failure when trying to alter Raise3D design for the side cooling fans. you best bet to trying to come up with something will be to use the existing models for the side fans to provid...

Re: Request to enable FAN0 output on breakout board

there is no need to play with the firmware. I think in the next version of the firmware, it will support multiple fan index with the M106 command.

I will have to do some testing tomorrow to see if it works.

Re: New Stepper Drivers

if you turned it on, you will have replace the stepper drivers again and the motion controller.

I've learned this the hard way btw.

Re: Some wierd actions on my N2 after touchscreen firmware update

a question as to what is going on with this issue. does this occur only if you override the settings or all the time? I haven't tried to print with my machine yet since i have rebuilt it.

Re: Tech support unable to advise, printing ceases after 30-40 mins

reboot the machine. (turn the power off at the switch and let it shutdown before restarting) run a print job and then export the serial log. for some reason the serial logs don't like to export again after they have been exported.

Re: No update of displayed temperatures after update to latest raisepack

This seems like a firmware incompatibility issue. if the firmware isn't giving the printer the right information, it will behave this way.

Re: Tech support unable to advise, printing ceases after 30-40 mins

looking at this, seeing that you replaced the cold end fans. you might want to make sure they are blowing the air towards the printer. I'm not sure this is the problem but it could be.

Re: Touchscreen Firmware 0.9.2 Release Note 2017.22.06

I ran the autopid tuning and the only concern I saw was that it displayed back on the screen zero values for what to set it to. I hit cancel and downloaded the log to see what it did. mind you, the test completed uber fast even with kickstarter PID values on my printer. the hardware I am using has b...

Re: wiring touchscreen box

the wires from the PSU get screwed into the green terminal on the mini board. you either need to cut the connector off or run new wire from the PSU. red is + and black is -. I really hope you didn't turn the power on with that plug connected where you put it. as it could damage your new one. I would...

new feature for touchscreen

I hope this might be made urgent as it may fix many peoples issues. the feature i am requesting is the ability to calibrate the touchscreen. I just got a new touchscreen box and if feels like it is slightly miscalibrated. this is the process where you touch points on the screen to make sure it is al...

Re: wiring touchscreen box

the fan could have been damaged. I messured the output on the LED cable and it came up 12.72v. Right now I just want to adjust the PSU to what it needs to be adjusted to. You say the heated bed needs exactly 24v. what point in the electronics do I need to be checking this at? PSU output terminals? M...
