Re: N2 "Failed to join WLAN"

All printers WIFI connections are tested in factory. If the touchscreen can’t connect to your WIFI, please check your router settings or try a different router. For testing purposes I've used the hot spot on my phone before. If you are still seeing issues after testing with a different router or hot...

Re: ideaMaker 2.5.0 Release Note 2017.3.22 and User Manual

Hi,

While your suggestion has been forwarded, new features are part of update releases. At this time we don't have any time frame on when the next release will be. Due to the nature of software development and testing cycles we can not predict a release date.

Thank you

Re: ideaMaker 2.5.0 Release Note 2017.3.22 and User Manual

Hi,

Thank you for the input. I will pass the suggestion on to our development group. Please note typically the support material, such as PVA is run on the left extruder while, PLA is run on the right extruder.

Thank you

Re: Cura vs IdeaMaker

You can use gcode files directly from other programs on the Raise 3D N Series printers. You will not get the preview data that shows on the touch screen unless you put the gocde through ideaMaker

Hi Jorge,

Are you running auto repair on this before printing? The file is showing it is non manifold in IdeaMaker for me.

Re: extruder pausing after retract for restart

For this situation I would suggest first try lowering your Retraction Material Amount to 2.5 or under and see how this effects it. Then follow up with your results. 7 is a very high value , you are pulling the materiel very far back and this could lead to a filament jam.

Re: Not sticking, powder printing.

On a single Extruder systems as shipped, the 2nd thermocouple is still connected to the Extruder Connection Board but normally not seen because they are tucked in the cable chain. The firmware is looking for both thermocouples before proceeding to the displays Home screen.

Re: Vase Mode only in a Section of a Print. Possible?

I have printed it from 235C to 215C, I had the best results at 215C and dropped the feedrate down to 20mm with the standard Extruder.

Re: Vase Mode only in a Section of a Print. Possible?

With flexible materials I've used feedrates of 25mm and a .6mm nozzle it worked well with the extrusion temperature is in the proper range for the filament. We can't address this directly as your printer has a 3rd party modification to the Extruder as seen in the video. We do have a thread in the fo...

Re: Retraction settings HELP!

I'm not sure how you are turning the fans off, the default configuration is always on. Please try this with the fans on as well as the previous suggestions and let us know what your results are. We can then further address the issue with this new information.
