Re: Bed Leveling - N2+ (My Experience & Solution)

Hello, resteele. I personally received a new set several days ago since I encountered the same problem as you. My old plateau was completely deformed, it was a real basin. However, the setting remains tedious despite a correct tray, I saw that the set to 80-90 °. Raise refuses to admit it but the se...

Re: Bed Leveling - N2+ (My Experience & Solution)

I fully agree with your thinking resteele. I could see it myself, you can pull on a point of the plate and it will no longer be in contact with the glass, therefore necessarily a bad distribution of the heater. 3 points are normally enough to define a plan like on the Ultimaker, so why 13 points? Wo...

Re: Brand new N2 with unleveled bed

The bed is leveled and tested at the factory. Depending on where you are the printer may be shipped multiple times. Some times the bed will require truing after transport. Here are instructions on how to True the bed. https://www.raise3d.com/pages/bed-leveling-instruction Here is a video a user did...

Re: Members in France

Re: Temperature does not rise

Ah ah, JohnSays ! You mean that everything is changing over time on a Raise3D printer. Personally I do not have time to laugh, I prefer to send everything back as my boss asked me. In addition he puts me a glue, where can I find the European standard certificate !? Can someone help me...

Re: N2 Manual Bed Leveling Mod ???

I think it should actually have a leveling kit provided with the machine since the defect is proven. It is permissible for the user to be obliged to disburse the least underneath. If this is not possible, the machine must be delivered with a good leveling. You can imagine a car dealer selling you a...

Re: Temperature does not rise

My 2 screws are also dead because they are too tight and too fragile. A simple press on the key alen and you round the impression. So, I have a head that is blocked in rotation. I think I will have to drill and tapping to the top diameter because I do not want to buy a hot end at 120 €. The list of ...

Re: What's this issue look like to you?

I really do not go out with me leveling the bed that was not correct to delivery, at what temperature should I heat it to achieve the best setting. I want to adjust it with the 0.2 gauge provided because no other hardware is supplied with the N2 Dual.

Re: Bed Leveling - N2+ (My Experience & Solution)

During the different phases that you describe to me, have you seen variations in planesite between a plateau at 20 ° and a plateau heated to 110 ° for example?

Re: Bed Leveling - N2+ (My Experience & Solution)

So why so many people complain about the problem, on my machine there was a default of 0.05 in X and 0.08 in Y? What happens between the factory release and the delivery to the customer? My dealer confirmed that there was a real problem on your machine! But maybe you can give me your typical IdeaMak...

Re: Bed Leveling - N2+ (My Experience & Solution)

Have you checked the flatness of your bed at different temperatures afterwards? There are notable differences between a cold setting at 60 ° or 110 °. There is an ideal bed temperature that would allow for a valid setting. I will try your technique and if I can not, I would ask for free physical ass...

Re: Prints Welded to Raft

Hello tja, I try to print without raft but I encounter problems of grip on the board. I have however set it (the factory setting is completely false) at best, change the particular settings. Personally, I just decreased the speed / 2 and passed the flowrate at 105% for the first layer.

Re: Extruder stops while moving

I did yesterday, I look forward to the response while taking into account the jet lag. In any case it is the same problem as scienzk.

By the way, is my English understandable knowing that I use a lot (uh, all the time actually!) Google Translate?

Thank you Vicky.

Re: Extruder stops while moving

I had a slight noise when printing, so I adjusted the axes following the procedure and now I have the same problem! However, I move the extruders very easily by hand to prove that the axes are well aligned. The extruder also moves very easily in the X and Y from the tectile screen but I can no longe...
