Re: Filament add on sensor installation issues

So as long as its a similar length ptfe tube, 6mm outer 4mm inner it will do? There is not an offical raise 3d 6mm outer 4mm inner tube with a set name so I dont go and get a 4mm one by accident? Will that be better for grippy materials like ninjaflex?

What on **** caused my N2 Dual the throw a new glass plate out of the closed door after 7 hours printing?

I just purchased a Raise 3d replacement glass plate on Sunday after the one I had developed a clip which developed into a crack then split., Just got it and installed it yesterday, clipped it into place (it seemed thinner than the last one.) Did a tiny test print of a ring (Zero fil in the drop box)...

Now do I NOT chip crack and split the glass plate

Now do I NOT chip crack and split the glass plate, Saw a crack bit on bottom that went half way then went all the way splitting it in two, it seemed to originate from one of the clamps, Original.

Costly replacement how do I not crack the next one in 2 please

Re: Filament add on sensor installation issues

What about the long tubes that originally went from the screw in connectors above the filaments all the way to the bond tech or regular extruder. ? How is that connected or it is removed and the filament goes naked between the filament sensor to the extruders with no bowden tubes bar the little sens...

Filament add on sensor installation issues

Ive been trying to install the filament sensor only the instructions seem to be lacking... If it correct that you remove the Bowden tubes completely between the connectors able to spool and the print heads as the tubs that come with the sensor are very short. Why do I have a lead left over? what do ...

What are faster PLA settigns when using a Bond tech, how fast can you go?

I heard you can print PLA much faster with a Bond tech dual. Anyone got the faster settings... (all of them all pages) including infill, flow rate, heat, support, ooze etc

Thats speed, standard and high quality settings.

0.4mm nozzel but interested in settings with wider nozzel sizes

How much better are ptfe feeding tubes from the spools than stock clear ones

How much better are white PTFE feeding tubes from the spools than stock clear ones? Ive noticed my clear stock tubes appear grippy near the extruders. Thinking of replacing them but have seen the original clear ones about £5 and PTFE ones £13 however add £6 to the £5 for postage and not much differe...

Re: N2 Touchscreen not reacting to touch on it's left side

Have noticed a tendancy for the touch screen to stop working after a while on an N2 Dual. Resetting it gets it working again but why does it stop working in the first place. Have tried taking off shows and socks, its on a thick wooded coffee table, on lino if that helps work things out earth wise

Are PTFE feeding tubes worth the extra cash more than regular/ stock tubes

My feeding tubes seem to be grippy towards the Bondtech extruders on my N2 Dual printer More so with PVA and flexible. I can replace the with stock tubes from 3DGBire or PTFE tubes from Imakr in London, UK. How much slippier are the PTFE tubes and are they longer thus it is less of a sharp grippy be...

Re: Stringing on N1 Dual

I have a Dual N1 and have never seen stringing like this with PLA. I haven't had stringing that bad with PETG and that filament is much worse than PLA for stringing. I suspect you have a bad reel of PLA Been having bad stringing with pet G technology outlet brand at 240 degrees. Worse when trying t...
