Thanks for your feedback and I have seen the same problem here as well. Our software team will look into this to find out why.
In the meantime, you can use the 'scale' button in the toolbar to manually type in the correct dimension.

If you have to use LAN, please try connect to the LAN slot on touchscreen directly and see if that works better. It may be the problem of the extension cable to the back.

This does not look like what we will recommend at this moment, even with PVA support.

PLA usually does not shrink that much, but the bigger the object is, the more it will warp. Since this is the first big object you print, I would suggest to increase bed temperature to 60-70C in settings and also set the nozzle/bed gap a bit closer. If you print 2 at the same time, is it always the same one being defective?

You can print a test cube with esun abs and measure the size. Then go to ideamaker, under printer settings, change X/Y compensation to compensate for the shrinkage.
