You can print a test cube with esun abs and measure the size. Then go to ideamaker, under printer settings, change X/Y compensation to compensate for the shrinkage. Then try printing more complicated test model and see if that gets you the correct dimension you want. Also you can try Raise3D Premium...

It is all metal hot end so it can stand quite high temperature. However, the heating rod and thermal couple may not. The suggested max temperature is 300 C.

I would suggest to use the 0.1mm layer height templates and add some support.
We will test it in the office on Monday as well.

Hi,

Please check if the limit switch is properly trigger.
If the limit switch metal piece fell off already, most likely from your description, you will need 2 limit switches.
We will arrange replacement part to you asap.
