Re: Hot end will not sense that it has reached the Y axis origin point

:( By doing that you may have bent the rods you can check it (if everything else is ajusted) like that : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bdGqEA-O0o You're hitting the sliding blocks before hitting the limit switch Or the limit switch is dead. When you press it with your finger, do you hear a "...

Re: Members in France

Re: Anyidea what Im doing wrong? Polymaker PC Plus and Support goes chewed up after cm or 2

i've tried ePC (not PC polymaker yet) and i would have made the same remarks as MechaMonster : i don't think you need polysupport with PC because support printed with PC will be good.

And i'm not sure polysupport can be printed in these conditions (warm closed printer)

Re: Members in France

Re: Members in France

Re: Members in France

Re: Members in France

Re: Anyone uses Poly Flex and if so how does it compare to ninjaflex

I 've tried filaflex recreus, semiflex nijatek, flexfill form futura, nGen flex but not polyflex nor ninjaflex

Following this table, polyflex seems closer to semiflex than ninjaflex

Re: Bondtech BMG upgrade for the N series

I sent you an email Martin but i also add a comment here : - as johnsays and brad say "any discount" for previous customers ? - but also the major fact for me is the same request as SteveWallin, as i cool the back of the stock motor, i lost 3.5cm of room at the back of the printer and this...

Re: Members in France

Re: Bondtech BMG upgrade for the N series

If it appears that dual extrusion is perfect or nearly perfect (+ maybe motors will be not so hot that actually), i will remove bontech hybrid on a printer and will install this set up. About the pancake motors : is their step value the same than the stock motor one ? (i think it's not the cas but m...

i'm sure you can print nearly everything with this setup, maybe you need a little bit time here are some materials that work without any issue Benchies2.png i'm printing a new fleet with filaflex, semiflex, ngen flex... PLA Raise, Colorfabb, Neofil, Ngen, woodfill bamboofill and bronzefill, formfutu...

Re: Filament diameter causing extruder slipping?

Or yes if as you said it's so small at certain point of the filament that the gear doesn't press the filament enough... there are mods to add a spring to the original conf or you have to losse the screws that hold the motor to move the gear a little bit closer... but it's not a solution... or change...

Re: Filament diameter causing extruder slipping?

I don't think the only filament diameter variation could explain this... it's like it stopped to extrude... friction, motor, temperature and filament quality (i never see too much variation as you said) and is your filament old ? did it pops when it extrudes (= humidity) ? the bondtech, for example,...
