Re: Bad adhesion of Buildtak

From my experience it is better to turn buildtak down and to print directly on the glass with the thin layer of glue. It works like a charm for any filament like ABS, PLA, Nylon and so on. Once you've got glass bed buildtak is really unnecessary. Can you tell me if you tried to print in ABS large p...

Re: The materials giving the best results

I tried also the PC-MAX and PC-ABS form POLYMAKER but making them stick to the Buildtak is a nightmare they always come lose after a few layers, goods specs on papers but if parts cannot be printed they have little use. Re: Guiding tubes rubbing against top cover

Hi everyone, Since the beginning I had the problem that the guiding tubes are rubbing against the top cover, making the top cover look dirty and the tubes are almost getting a hole at the point where they rub on the top cover. Is anyone else having the problem and how can you fix it without having ...

Re: Bad adhesion of Buildtak

Like each of you, I have tested everything to make my prints stick on the bed without warping. I have the N2 Plus. I mostly print with the ASA, ABS, PETG and flexible filaments. I also have to print big parts. Like you know, it is really hard not to warp. Like some of you, I don't always have succes...

Yes I had the same problem. I have Avast Premium anti-virus.
Like Walshlg , I add an exception for the Raise3d folder and exe.
After rebooting this morning, it seems to be ok.

Re: Printing of pva

Hi! I bought PVA from FILAMENT.CA and I did not succeed yet to print with it. Here what they wrote to me, if it can help you to print PVA filament. "Thanks for the pictures. From what I see this looks like a jam in the hotend, the extruder, the gear and the filament looks fine, but I believe th...

Re: Members in France

Bonjour!

I had better experiences with a bed temp at 65°C and a nozzle temp at 215°C .
Sometimes I use a larger or/and thicker raft. I let the top cover on.

Re: XY rods makes noises (at the center of the buildplate)

Yes I have this similar problem. The lube is not the cause for me. The rods are perpendiculars and well aligned, no problem. The sound is abnormal, and if you were beside me, you would say the same. It is not only making noise, but the printer extruders head is vibrating. After five months of printi...

Re: My 2 Cents

Like I told to the support and Vicky; yes the extrusion motors gets very hot too. After a while, when printing ABS or so, with the top cover on, it is hot. " I can touch it for two seconds or so", like you said. You are having good suggestions. Specially "Needs a better extruder grip ...
