Re: Scratching of cover by PTFE tube

Yes, thanks. Like wrote Walshlg, their website is working now. I have just ordered a 2 Meters Low Friction Bowden Tubing. I have good results. I am happy with these tubes. I saw the difference Between the Raise3d tubes and the new one, really. Despite the fact that it rubbed against the top cover, i...

Re: Some wierd actions on my N2 after touchscreen firmware update

Seems the problem has no relationship to motor. We tested on our engineering machines in our office, if loading filament before printing. It will has the same very fast loading actions as ozgurum87 & Billucas has. So that we modify the codes for loading and build a beta version for test. It wor...

Re: Hipps? any better than Poly Support and PVA

Hips is supposed to be match with ABS or ASA. Because of the same printing Bed temperature. PVA did not work for me up to now. The best is to make support with the same plastic filament. Not always beautiful surfaces but...

Re: print polypropylene (PP) = nightmare

As you have used all the build plates, what seemed to be the most versatile product and how long do they need to last before being replaced? I had a look at their sites, and none were available for sale for the n2 build plate size. I know. Except the PrinTinZ Zebra build plate, they only offer a 12...

Re: print polypropylene (PP) = nightmare

Hi, I am trying to print polypropylene (Verbatim brand) since many days without success. I have started by seting my Raise3D N2 as indicated by Verbatin, try with a blue tape, kapton, ABS juice, also try to addjust the hotend and bed temperatures, close all the door of the printer... but unfortunat...

Re: PolyFlex & Nylon

I faced the same problem too. I have tried loading the flexible filament twice but both the times the filament got stuck in the feeder gear. I had to remove the front cover and pull out the filament stuck. I have a raise 3d n2 plus printer. Has anyone printed with flexible filament using the same m...

Re: Need pointers on PEI

I've been having fantastic success using PEI on my print bed for ABS and ASA. My only complaint is that the surface tends to get slight air pockets that make the surface uneven. I believe these air pockets may be coming from the multitude of apparent air bubbles I see in the 3M adhesive, I apply th...

Re: Buildtak problems - nothing sticks to it

So I bought a LokBuild an orange plastic sheet... and for me was an Epiphany. So far, using a BuildTak I've got troubles every single time I try to use it. Actually, as I already said, nothing sticks to the surface. If somehow the part sticked to the BT was because I applied a large amount of glue-...

With Filament.ca TPU brand, I print with 250°C nozzle temperature. It is more stiff.
I saw a "difference of Duro" between 230-250°C.
