Re: Velociraptor

That's amazing. I've had my Pro2 Plus for a month and have had zero successful prints. In fact, my printer will not even produce the first layer on a print even after nearly 40 attempts. I'm ready to sell it and move on. I wonder why your printer works so well and mine doesn't. Thank you! So sorry ...

Velociraptor

Hi everyone, Here's my latest Raise3D printed model. This was modeled in Lightwave, then taken into ZBrush for detailing. I printed it at 40" x 24" (1016mm x 610mm) on my N2 using eSun PLA+. Then I painted it with Vallejo paints. I have a complete video of the build here if anyone is inter...

Cloud management sounds interesting for sure, but prob not for me since I just have 1 printer.

Re: Help on arch geometry, PLA

Another thing you could try is to simply slow down your print speed. Mine stays at 45mm/s and seems to be very accurate.

Re: Gunstar

Nice! I printed the same model about 13" tall a while back. It unfortunately has a number of geometry errors that are next to impossible to fix. I didn't notice until after my 80+ hour prints. Still, super cool and great movie.

Re: Dual-extrusion from new Pro2

Nice. LOVE that the new Pro series has retracting nozzles. I tried and gave up really fast using dual-extrusion on my N2. My 2nd nozzle kept hitting the build. Never could find that sweet spot. Looks great. I guess I need a Pro2 now. :)

Hi JL, So sorry. I totally missed the notification that you posted.... like 3 months ago. :o That thing is coming along great. Just watched your video and subbed btw. Definitely cool stuff. Finishing is a pain in the butt with plastic. I print mostly with PLA and have yet to find the perfect solutio...

Re: Fortnite Battle Bus

I am planing on putting this bus on axle stands, but I do not know the weight of the vehicle. What does a bus like this weigh? and what size/weight rated stands are safe to use? That's kind of a hard question to answer since it depends on your print settings. I printed mine with around 22-25% infil...

Re: Life Size Apocalypse Bust

I decided to do a video update on the Neck Armor for my 3d Printed Apocalypse Bust. Bust was not initially able to balance itself without possibly being glued to the base, which is not something I want to do at this point. I decided to front-load the Neck Armor and thus had to re-design parts of it...
