Now I changed extruder to Bondtech. Printed few tests to calibrate x,y and printed 2 color octopus with wipewall. Looks acceptab...

Re: Clogging during a print

Vicky, It is good but people need it now. In future will be different technologies. Why can you cannot make print stop when filament does not going thru? At least we will not loose material, time and more important our Patience and nerves? Today I decided to change hot end. First i put old one and i...

Re: Clogging during a print

Hello Again, So, I am back to this topic again (it will never finished). After getting ticket and talking with support team, fixing something here and there I believe what ever we did it is just temporary fix and does not resolve the problem. I could say it is me, but a lot of people have the same i...

Re: Advice on best print oritentation, supports and settings

I would make 2 cuts: 1. The highest part 2. Somewhere in the middle of remaining part Then rotate it and print it up. You need support for clips. You can put it manually, not much and reduce Dense support infill ratio (maybe to 30-40%). use it for clips. When everything is printing, you can use 3D p...

Re: Clogging during a print

Hello, I am using Colorful PLA 1.75mm from Raise 3D. I think you are correct about friction because filament is not perfect and it is bending a little here there. We just received 4 new spools of the same color. Before we printed some details with this color and did not have as many clogging problem...

Re: Clogging during a print

Hi Vicky, Of course I tried to change temperature (from 205 to 225). Yes, it is clogging with different colors. With some colors it does more, with some less. Re: Clogging during a print

Hi Vicky, Thank you for your response. So many questions... Yes, sometimes i tried to push filament when it is not extruding. Even after clogging I tried to reload and pushed filament a little - does not work. I have to unload first and load again. After unloading the tip is usually expands not less...

Re: Clogging during a print

Ok But to guess which one is right... It has to be fixed somehow. People just losing time, money and patience. We bought printer, we bought filament. It has to print with default setting. If is not, it is manufacturing problem. We have Makerboot printer an it prints. Of course there are some problem...
