Re: Clogging during a print

Hello, I am using Colorful PLA 1.75mm from Raise 3D. I think you are correct about friction because filament is not perfect and it is bending a little here there. We just received 4 new spools of the same color. Before we printed some details with this color and did not have as many clogging problem...

Re: Clogging during a print

Hi Vicky, Of course I tried to change temperature (from 205 to 225). Yes, it is clogging with different colors. With some colors it does more, with some less. Nozzle - Basically, I warm the printer, then change nozzle. i believe it goes all a way up. I do not see any leaking. Unfortunately I am not ...

Re: Clogging during a print

Hi Vicky, Thank you for your response. So many questions... Yes, sometimes i tried to push filament when it is not extruding. Even after clogging I tried to reload and pushed filament a little - does not work. I have to unload first and load again. After unloading the tip is usually expands not less...

Re: Clogging during a print

Hello, Looks like nobody wants to discuss it. Ok, will talk to myself then. So, before I start want to say, i am using Colorfull PLA from Raise 3D. Before I stop everything, decide to print one more time. So, I change nozzle to .6. I thought maybe there is a problem there. Clogged after few hours. L...

Re: Clogging during a print

Ok But to guess which one is right... It has to be fixed somehow. People just losing time, money and patience. We bought printer, we bought filament. It has to print with default setting. If is not, it is manufacturing problem. We have Makerboot printer an it prints. Of course there are some problem...

Re: Clogging during a print

Sometimes it is printing ok but sometimes it is clogging. Yesterday started new model (about 45 hours) and stopped it today after probably 12-14 hours of printing because of not extruding. Few days ago printed a piece about 26 hours - no problem but it was different color. Filament is PLA colorful. ...

Re: Clogging during a print

Hi,
It was printing well but one day it is started to clog again. I try so many things, temperature, filament, settings.... almost gave up. My final move was changing hot end and nozzle. I have new one but with nozzle .6. I took hot end, put .4 nozzle there and .... It is printing.

Re: Shipping still is bad on Raise3d Filament.

On top of that, I did order 6 rolls and paid $55 Priority mail on December 30th and got tracking number which is saying it will be delivered on January 10th. Is it Priority or Ground? It is 42 hours drive from CA to NJ. Looks like ground to me.

Re: Medieval Castle

It was printed as one piece with N2 Plus. I decided to print it as one piece because it is much easier. Of course if you want it big, then you have to print it separately. 75% it is about 13" high.
