Re: Does not flow well

First of all I change original extruder to Bondtech. How I said before, everything looks good. What I did on Friday, I increase Flowrate in Filament setting to 110%. Detail was printed. However, I'd like to change it back. Please advise. Thanks

Re: Does not flow well

Everything looks normal. Yesterday I measured extruding filament. When I pushed it down it was .45 +/-, when it was extruding by itself, it was .23 to .34. I think it does don grab and does not push it. How I said in my first post, I also tried right nozzle, the same thing. Maybe be rotation gear sp...

Does not flow well

Hello Raise 3D, I have a problem and need your help. I was printing and everything was good. Last detail was done and then printer was on during weekend. When I wanted to reprint the same detail on Monday morning, filament does not flow well enough. Detail and raft of course were so soft. Yesterday ...

Re: settings support

Hello, Duke666
Try this setting. I got it from someone and it works very well. Only 1 comment. Try ABS instead PLA. With this support setting, it is very easy to remove support. With PLA it is harder.

Re: PVA Support Material Test

I printed few details with PVA support.... Does not work well. So, I loaded PVA to left nozzle and printed with raft (PVA). It was better. When PVA in right nozzle, it does not stick well to anything, plus it can brakes easily later. Smaller detail, of course, prints better. I am not printing big de...

Re: Filament stuck inside

Vicky, I had V1 originally but I changed hotend long time ago and have V2 now. You are selling only V2 (right picture). Thermocoupler I have right now looks like left picture. Please advise.

Re: Bondtech BMG upgrade for the N series

I am printing with it few weeks already. Quality is good Cones.jpg but it was clogging also. I believe it is happen because during idle filament keep melting inside and when you unload it, the end of it does not fit in channel above and it does not loaded also. Few days ago it stuck inside extruder....

Re: Filament stuck inside

I will check but I don't think so. I ordered Thermocoupler and will change it and see what it works. Now I set temperature to 220 and it prints with 205-210 which is ok.

Thank you

Re: Filament stuck inside

Hello Guys,
I printed with Makerbot filament but so big details. This time detail was bid and after 15+ hours of printing it happened. Of course I am not professional to fix Raise 3D but looks ok to me. Now I will print different detail with different filament.

Thanks
