When PVA in right nozzle, it does not stick well to anything, plus it can brakes easily later. Smaller detail, of course, prints better. I am not printing big de...

Re: Filament stuck inside

Vicky, I had V1 originally but I changed hotend long time ago and have V2 now. You are selling only V2 (right picture). Thermocoupler I have right now looks like left picture. Please advise.

Re: Filament stuck inside

I will check but I don't think so. I ordered Thermocoupler and will change it and see what it works. Now I set temperature to 220 and it prints with 205-210 which is ok.

Thank you

Re: Filament stuck inside

Hello Guys,
I printed with Makerbot filament but so big details. This time detail was bid and after 15+ hours of printing it happened. Of course I am not professional to fix Raise 3D but looks ok to me. Now I will print different detail with different filament.

Thanks

Re: Filament stuck inside

Jetguy, thank you. It works now. I heat hot end, removed nozzle and filament was inside of hot end. I heat it and slowly pull out filament. After repeating it few times I pull filament out. Then put back nozzle and it is running again. Thank you

Re: Clogging during a print

Vicky, It is good but people need it now. In future will be different technologies. Why can you cannot make print stop when filament does not going thru? At least we will not loose material, time and more important our Patience and nerves? Today I decided to change hot end. First i put old one and i...

Re: Clogging during a print

So, Are you trying to say that we print we have to cross fingers? Of course not. In may case I believe distance between 2 pieces (on the picture) 7.jpg too big. I used fishing line to fill the gap, now i am using blue tape. And this is 21 Century!!! Of course problem can be were is nozzle or somewhe...
