Heat distortion of housing... and blades scratch the surface... of fan mount. Try to release fan mounting screws. It should help.

For this price range, we should get flex bed Buildtak. Like Prusa. No more issue with bed handle and fast and easy remove of prints.

I have the SAME issue... extruder gears and filament stuck inside the throat tube. Nightmare. This printhead is not easy maintenance part! For this price is not acceptable. I should buy PRUSA! Bed handle snaps off - weak material and I get feedback so this is my fault... and I need to pay for heatin...

You have a glass effect - temperature effect. This is not a mounting screws issue. I didn't touch mounting screws...

Not screw. By heat and we know both why. The problem is material. Period. We have two factors here. Temperature - heat and isopropyl alcohol. Both works wrong with the used material. You should use a heat-resistant silicone.
