Re: Clogged nozzle

Thanks Vicky, I did have an issue with the nozzle being too close to the build platform, but I have corrected that.I spoke with the vendor who sold the filament.I think my nozzle temp was too high.I disassembled the hot end and there was a lot of filament in the threads of the hot end and in the ext...

Re: Board error1 and home position

Do you have single or dual extruder.Even if you have single you still have 2 thermocouples. In my case the thermocouple that wasnt in the print head was bad.Once I had replaced that the board errors went away.Board error 1 MAXtemp means it is the second thermocouple that is bad (the lower 2 terminals...

z axis home position

new problem with my Raise3d.I replaced the bad thermistor. It was not the one in the print head and I replaced a bad y axis limit switch. I started a new print and the nozzle was dragging through the raft layer. It seems like the nozzle is too close to the print bed now.Not sure how that changed since...

Re: Board error1 and home position

At the end of the print the nozzle moves all the way to the left , but stays at the last y axis position, so it homes the x axis, but not the y axis
The print bed drops down at it always has at the end of the print
