Re: Retraction problem with 3.1.0

Would you like to share the Gcode file about this model with me to check more details? Only found Data file in the Zip file.
The Concentric structure doesn't have angle or direction, since it only includes circles with the same shape of the structure of that layer.

Re: Adding Taulman T-Glase

The setting template for one filament won't directly work with a totally different filament. But since we have set some basic templates inside ideaMaker, such as PLA, ABS, PC, Elastic, which can for the users start with similar type filament. Or there will have hundreds of settings need to be set fr...

Re: Touchscreen Firmware 0.9.7 Release Note 2018.1.16

It would be nice if Raise3D could improve the "Edit" "Rename" function to support files with "." (dots) in the name, and maybe also to support changing the filename postfix. Currently the rename function assumes that all characters that comes after the first dot in the...

Is it possible for me to ask a video to check what happens after you select a file under Edit mode then choose delete?

Which setting do you mean? I tried with Nozzle Diameter under Printer Settings and Extruder Width under Advanced, seem both doesn't have limit for this size.

Haven't tried checking fuse bits with the connectors you mentioned.
We use JTAG to flash firmware and boothloader and SPI as the communication Bus.

Thanks for your pictures. Have you ever tried with net cord directly connecting the screen board and computer with Wlan disabled? Since Wi-Fi chip and Ethernet chip should be separate to each together on board. Two broken at the same time is not such common to see. No, I did not try that. Where is ...

If your big air purifier won't directly blow to the printing surface, especially the nozzles, it won't affect much.

Re: First Layer Fan Speed Not at Zero

Whether you printer is a single-extruder type or dual-extruder type? Only the downward fan at right side on single-extruder machine is gcode controllable. The two nozzle cooling fans are constant-on as long as you power on the machine for keeping the coldend of the hotend at low temperature, or the ...

You cannot define how much to load or unload under load/unload page, but you can define it with the button to ask the feeding gear push how long the filament to move forward or backward.

Buildtak surface is washable. You can apply wet cloth or water to clean it. And heat the heated bed to dry the surface before using. It won't affect the rough surface and the adhesion.
