Re: API?

I'm back in front of my printer. I plugged it into a separate switch with just my laptop, no router or firewall or anything possibly blocking it. I'm still not able to get to port 10800. Screenshot of my settings window is below: Screen Shot 2019-01-15 at 12.12.16 PM.png Would you like to double co...

Re: [Production] How to store settings for production

We have included print settings information into gcode file in the latest version of ideaMaker. If you have the model sliced and have gcode file saved, you can import the profile with gcode file. The previous version has included settings in .data file. If you have .data file saved, you can import w...

Re: Add a second LED strip to my N1

There has an empty power socket on motion board you can use for the extra strip, as long as you can find LED strip can fits N1.

I'm not sure why it has one shown 6.9, it should be something lower. Does it feedback the temperature with no issue?
I just tried to measure one V1 and one V2 in our room, one is 2.1 the other is 2.7.

Does your cooling fans working properly? To confirm this, please do not heat your nozzles and put your hand under the fan duct downward air outlet and see whether you can feel the cooling air continuously from side cooling fan. Would you like to advise the version number of your ideaMaker and RaiseT...

Re: Filament add on sensor installation issues

We don't recommend to use tube with flexible filament. It will cause a lot resistance. Actually in our office, we don't use guiding tube on N series printer that often, unless the filament is very fragile. If you'd like to get some of our tubes, I think we should have some in Europe. You can contact...

Re: 22" tall print stopped printing at 19.75 "s

I have also noticed a large difference in calculated time and actual print time in the latest version. (I have the N1 Dual with the latest version of RaiseTouch, Motionboard and ideamaker. I have the cloud version). I have previously had pretty much bang on calculated and actual print times. But fo...

Re: API?

Would you like to advise more details bout ports not active? Are you not able to open the web page for API? The version 1.1.0.1021 should have already added API feature. No, I'm not able to load the API page or otherwise contact the port. I haven't done a full round of network diagnostics or checke...

The V1 thermcoupler should have no spring. If you previous has a spring, it should be a V2.

Re: New to Pro2 - First print: are these setting correct?

Considering the size of our model and full of support structures, it won't be a fast try.
As printing a 20mm cube with 10mm height will take around 20mm, your model is much bigger than the cube.

Re: Filament add on sensor installation issues

The holes on Bondtech should be with 4mm. But if you can find 6mm-OD, 4mm-ID's tube, you can insert the 4mm tube in to the 6mm one.
I'm not sure where you can get tube in UK. Do you use Amazon in UK or any other online shopping site? PTFE tube should be a very common parts, easy to find online.

I guess you mean Slic3r?
Would you mind share the gcode file of the same model sliced by Slic3r without similar issue you mentioned above?

Did printer head back to home position? Is the touchscreen still able to response to touch?
Have you cut the print process to skip the print now or still let it stay under 38hr remaining status?

As that part is a injection molded one from the very beginning of N series printer, we don't have any print file of it can share. Re: Filament Grind in the hole before reaching the guide tube

We have two batches, one is 6-OD, 4-ID. Another should be 4-OD, not sure about inner diameter, but considering the filament is 1.75mm, the inner diameter should be around 3mm.

Re: Filament add on sensor installation issues

If you want to replace the tube to be different size, then don't forget replacing the fittings above filament spools holding the tubes.
If you've got tube replaced to 6-OD, 4-ID, then the run-out sensor's tube can be inserted into your new tube directly, as it is with 4-OD.

Re: Filament Run-out Sensor Add-on

The remaining print time is calculated based on the estimated print time ideaMaker did when slicing complete. The real print time may have difference comparing with this estimated value, due to acceleration, preheating, resume or other factors caused by different using environment. When print approa...
