You can change Wipe Wall settings by height under Pre-layer settings. It will be easier for you to adjust it on touchscreen. There is an option under Settings -> More Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Lower the bed to defined height. For the shell issue, would you like to give more files and pictures...

Probably thermocoupler or extruder ribbon cable loose connection at terminals, both are at extruder board. Please power off and make sure all the cables on extruder board are well connected.

Would you like to open a support ticket at http://help.raise3d.com to contact our technicians?
I guess there should be loose connection or bad terminal on your motion controller board. You may need to open the electronic box to check.

Do you mean you are trying to print one nozzle with white the other with red? And messed up during dual printing?

If you have edited the offset in touchscreen, please make sure the offset under Print Settings in ideaMaker have been set to be 0.

Only the LED lights on top don't work, or the screen and cooling fan stop working as well?
