If you open your previous gcode with notepad, you can find the settings from the first several lines.

Notes taken.
For the slicing templates, you can add new filament type in Filament Settings. Export default PETG templates and import them under the new color you added.

You mean screws? If you need screws, you can directly buy from local shops in your city. Those are common size screws.

Re: Bed leveling again

We are so sorry about the troubles brought to your side. The reason why we set so many screws under heated bed is due to we find that the levelness of heated bed is very hard to control. So that we increase the screws quantity from 9 to 13 to have more points to adjust the height of the heated bed. ...

Re: motors say disabled but carrage wont move

That icon is for disabling all the five motors. If you enable one of them after that, the other four will be still at disabled state. For example, after all the five motors disabled, then you use screen to move Z for 1mm. Then Z is locked again. But X Y and two extruders' are still free. In very ear...

Re: Make raft with 0.2 nozzle、ABS Filament

0.2mm's model needs really slow speed. If we want to print Raft with 0.2mm's nozzle, we will slow down to speed to about 10-15mm/s. But we barely use Raft for 0.2mm nozzle's print, based on our tests, Raft will be hard to peel off with 0.2 nozzle.

That icon refers to the disable function not the state of motor. No matter you enable it or not, the display is always the same.

Re: Prints Welded to Raft

Which filament are you using?
Have you carefully checked the distance between nozzle and build plate? That should be about 0.2mm.

Re: Printer hardware / firmware / touchscreen feature requests

7 has been already added in screen firmware. There is a tab called dash board which you can check the successful files you have printed and how much time each one takes and how long in total.

Will share your suggestion with our team. But may cannot get a positive answer about this.
We may consider upgrade the leveling in future. But not sure whether the upgrade can work with previous machines. It is just on plan.

If that was me, I will also put top face down, but maybe with some "Dense Layer" for support.
That will be a little better surface quality than without it.

Re: The wire no longer came out of the nozzle

If you meet same problem again, please do not stop printing immediately. Use your hand to help push the filament more into the nozzle to check whether the feeding can be continued.
And also check whether you can easily drag the filament out during loading.

Re: Glass plate cracked

Check the distance between nozzle and build surface, if you do any adjustment between them. You'd better to check different points, especially the positions which your model will be at. If you find model is very hard to remove, drop the Z down or take off the plate. That will more safe than do it on...

Re: Auto stop when finished print + bent shaft

For the bent shaft, you may need to share some pictures or videos onto our ticket system. Our engineer can help you check whether it is due to rod itself or misalignment. When the print has done, the printer will stop and home the printer head =to origin point. Always recommend if it is available, s...

Re: Touch screen nozzle set

Nope, not for moving nozzle height, but for loading or unloading. If + it will load filament, if - it will unload filament.
Note: only when nozzle temperature above 170C, the extruder motor will start moving.

Heat gun, oven should be both ok. Sometimes, we even directly set the nozzle into fire.
