Re: Major Update & Improvements for Pro2 and N Series

The main burden for ideaMaker is it is analyzing the model during loading to calculate all the triangle surfaces and whether there has any error on model. And the model will be place onto the build plate after rotating by default. It is in CPU. You can disable this option under Preferences.

Re: Changing infill pattern and infill density for an individual layer

Your model is not a very large one, so the top and bottom solid layers affect almost 1/4 of the model. And I saw that you set your infill overlap to be 100%. The default value is a such low value, as 5%. Or your inner shells will be all stick together. And your first layer height is 0.25mm, and your...

Re: Left Extruder Thermal Runaway

Whether your printer is a single version one or dual version one?
Have you checked the connection of both thermcouopler and ribbon cable on boards?
Would recommend do not operate the printer with no people around until the issue being fixed. You can reach to us at http://help.raise3d.com.

Right filament appears to have some "damage" and cannot move either up or down.
Anyone have any suggestions for sorting this?

Not very clear from your picture? Is that some filament stuck inside the gear? Have you tried with tweezers?

Your picture and model seems have no issue with the slicing, no layer only gets one shell.

For the 2D view, there is an option under Edite -> Preference, called Visualize Gcode by traces without emulating width in 2D mode.
