Re: Noise ....

You don't really need to take the top totally off, you can just loose its fixing screws to have space to move it around to reach to coupler. If you only want to check, you can reach to the one on right back corner by opening the side door and reach to the one at left back corner by removing the back...

Re: Flow Rate Settings... again...

The flowrate under filament settings is the same one on touchscreen. If you change the flowrate on touchscreen, it will override the one you set under filament settings. If you set the flowrate under filament settings to be 90% and infill flowrate to be 80% all the other structures using 100% flowra...

Re: How to disable an extruder for using only one

Sorry, it's my fault. I thought you got a N series printer. But I just read your first post again, that you have mentioned that you have a Pro2. For Pro2 series printer, both nozzles will be heat up before print starts, so that the filament in nozzles can be heated to soft. If nozzle jogging happens...

Would you like to record the noise and share it with our technicians at http://help.raise3.com?
Please also try to reach to your motor couplers for both sides. And also take videos of their movements.

Re: layer height not what set. and 2 extruders when 1?

We have left a limitation for the First Layer Height can't be lower than 80% of general Layer Height. We will remove it from future version. We are planning to have the next release at someday next month. Is this the same bug that makes the exstimated time 1 hour off for all prints? On the current ...

Re: RaiseTouch going slow

You can take notes of your current settings and restore the touchscreen back to factory settings to see whether it helps or not.
You can also test with wired mouse to see whether it is a slow screen or only has poor response to touch.

Re: N2 Plus extruder motor skipping

Do you have the issue both on Left and Right nozzles or only on one side?
Have you checked whether the two side cooling fans runs properly all the time once you power on the printer?

Re: Brim and Skirt

Would you like to clarify whether you'd like to have Brim and Skirt use separate Extrusion Width and Layer Height options with each other, or just separate them together with the common model settings? There's one concern for layer height. If the first layer height is too high, it will affect nozzle...

Re: Is this level of guide rail wear normal? (5 month old Pro2)

It should be some similar type Lube. But we also recommend to wipe out the old lube before applying new lube in case any difference cause damage.
The black thing on your rod should be from sliders. They are installed with bronze bushing which have graphite powder inside.

Re: Noise ....

Try this. Use screen to home the XY then use the screen to control it to move (100,100), so that the motors in XY are enabled. Keep them enabled, and try to push the print head with your hand. See whether you can move it a little bit or not.

Re: Infill Flowrate has no effect

The First Layer Flowrate affects the whole first layer. The settings of First Layer has the highest priority for the first layer of the model.
If you'd like to separate the different structures on first layer, we can consider to make it happen in future versions.
