Please check if use screen control to move print head to (100,100), then use your hand to move the print head, whether it can be moved or not?

Re: Make raft with 0.2 nozzle、ABS Filament

Have tried 0.2 nozzle with ABS for very small print. Not sure whether small size nozzle can afford ABS for long time printing.
How about print without Raft?

Re: Multiple part model coordinates

Does it jump out a message when you import the models into ideaMaker something like, the origin size is not proper to print, do you to scale it?

Re: LCD screen burn in

Screen saver has already been added in version 0.9.0 touchscreen firmware.

For the hardware, we are currently developing a new screen and display method. After complete designing and fully tests, it will be released in the next few months.

Re: Where is the best place to put the two build plate clips

If you want to print a rectangle almost reach to 300mm with dual-extruder installed, the only possible place for clips is back side. The size is build plate is 332 (X) *340 (Y) mm. The distance between two nozzles is 25mm. That means if you start a print from the origin (0,0) point, then left nozzle...

Using software to estimate this may a little hard.
We are currently developing filament monitor. That may help long-time printing a lot.

Notes taken.
For the slicing templates, you can add new filament type in Filament Settings. Export default PETG templates and import them under the new color you added.

You mean screws? If you need screws, you can directly buy from local shops in your city. Those are common size screws.

Re: Bed leveling again

We are so sorry about the troubles brought to your side. The reason why we set so many screws under heated bed is due to we find that the levelness of heated bed is very hard to control. So that we increase the screws quantity from 9 to 13 to have more points to adjust the height of the heated bed. ...

Re: motors say disabled but carrage wont move

That icon is for disabling all the five motors. If you enable one of them after that, the other four will be still at disabled state. For example, after all the five motors disabled, then you use screen to move Z for 1mm. Then Z is locked again. But X Y and two extruders' are still free. In very ear...

Re: Make raft with 0.2 nozzle、ABS Filament

0.2mm's model needs really slow speed. If we want to print Raft with 0.2mm's nozzle, we will slow down to speed to about 10-15mm/s. But we barely use Raft for 0.2mm nozzle's print, based on our tests, Raft will be hard to peel off with 0.2 nozzle.

That icon refers to the disable function not the state of motor. No matter you enable it or not, the display is always the same.

Which filament are you using?
Have you carefully checked the distance between nozzle and build plate? That should be about 0.2mm.

7 has been already added in screen firmware. There is a tab called dash board which you can check the successful files you have printed and how much time each one takes and how long in total.
