Re: Considering Second N2 (maybe N2 Plus?)

Things like bed leveling, filament monitor, extruder upgrading are all under developing now.
I'm so sorry that our hardware development is hard to reach such fast speed as software development.

Re: PVA Support Material Test

Normally with PVA print, we mostly do not use Raft, since PLA and PVA cannot stick with each other very well.
For the not sticking well problem, that should very likely be due to the distance between nozzle and build plate. It is a little bit too far.

Re: second nozzle main nozzle

Select the model and choose the nozzle under View tab.

And set Support nozzle to be left under support tab in Advanced settings.

Re: wipe tower issues

If the tower is not such stable, increasing its size to make it wider may have a lot.
The distance doesn't matter the stable a lot, just for avoiding the influence between the tower and the model.
Maybe you can start with the default settings, if not such good, then edit.

Re: wipe tower issues

The default size of wipe tower should be 12mm.
And also, you can move the tower a little bit more further to the model side to check whether it helps, by editing the X Y offset settings inside WipeTower section.

Re: wipe tower issues

Have you changed the size of WipeTower before?
In the gcode file you shared, the size of the tower seems a little bit smaller than the default setting.

When you stop the print, does the tower stick well to the Raft?
Does there have any tiny shifting on the model at that height?

Re: Considering Second N2 (maybe N2 Plus?)

We only sell standard product with all origin parts from our factory. For the improvement, due to stocking, manufacturing and very long shipping time, it will be a little hard to say. If the current one is around last year June, then it must have V2 hotend. And we have upgraded heating rod, thermoco...

Can't see the heating code from these.
If possible, would you like to share the gcode file with us?

Re: DYZE Filament Sentinel

As I known, our R&D team should be currently testing our filament monitor sample. Haven't heard any news about cooperation with other brand's filament sensor yet. Will double check with our R&D team.

Re: what is causing this problem

Give a try reducing the gap between support and top layer.
Vertical Offset Top Layers in Support tab.

Just for test, maybe 80, 70, 60, the lower the difference will be more obvious (if it does affect).

PM checked, that was the serial log but not the gcode file of the model.

Have you give a try with the lower flowrate of the bottom solid layers?

Re: ideaMaker Flow Rate

That was not the fault of ideaMaker, but the motion board firmware.
We should already fixed it in version 1.1.1 which is inside our download center.
You can test and advise.

Re: Layer Offset after resume printing

Have checked your video, the status of the axis seems not normal.
Please shoot a ticket onto our support system: help.raise3d.com/support/home and advise us where did you get the machine from.

For the power consumption of N2 and N2 Plus, the highest can reach will be about 500W.
