Re: Filament Run-out Sensor Shipping Delay
Is there any info for european customers like "europeans will be served 2 weeks later because stuff has to be shipped to europe first" or something? Just asking because I've not received both thermal protector and Filament Run-out Sensor yet... The delay is not only for US, but global. Pa...

We are considering to remove this two buttons from remote control but add "confirm remove" there, so that workflow can be more smooth.

Re: Just Released N2 Pro
Now Ultimaker S5 show all the details and I will say that Pro2 Plus seem like a better value on the paper. They are almost same price USD5,999 (r) vs USD5,995 (u), different build volume 280x305x605 (r) vs 330x240x300mm (u) Ultimaker S5 come with various swap-able print heads and 2 types of print b...

If the problem only focus on X side, it is more likely the driver or the mechanical parts.

Re: Filament Run-out Sensor Shipping Delay
I recieved both items today, it is just the run-out sensor that is defective and not the overrun protection, correct? Also, are there instructions for the overrun protection installation? Thank You for the update. Attached the instruction of thermal protector for you. https://www.raise3d.com/pages/...

Have you ever tried with wired mouse to control the unresponsed areas? Or remote control from ideaMaker to confirm whether the functions of those unresponsed areas can still work or not.

Re: Wipe Wall and Nozzle Temp Settings
If you have edited the slicing settings for temperature list under Advanced for some height, it will be always there, unless you change Printer and Filament Type. For turn off the WipeWall, it is not unticking the WipeWall for some height. But tick Enable WipeWall for the height you need WipeWall un...

If the rod is already bent, it is hard to straighten it back, you may need to consider to replace it to a new one.

Re: Just Released N2 Pro
I am confused, why would Raise3D be shipping the initial batch Pro2 printers with a bunch of 3d printed parts? I would be very disappointed if I paid $4000 for a professional grade printer to find a bunch of 3d printed upgrades all over the thing? Wouldn't it make more sense to develop the molded p...
