Re: Stops extruding after first Shell

Actually we leave a little space for customer to adjust the gear position. You can loose the fixing screws of the extruder motor and move it a more close to the feeding bearing beside it. To secure the position, you can insert some paper or other thin stuff as shim at the other side to the bearing. ...

Re: Extruder Jam and stuck fillament Pro2

Sorry for the troubles.
Not recommend to do so, as the size of hot-end of Pro2 is not the same as N2.
If you can figure the jam height, would more recommend to reach to our technician to ask for help.

Re: Spiral Vase - Sphere Printing

As the overhang of that structure is too big, one single shell can hardly create a smooth transition from one layer to the next unless the layer height is small enough to process the transition between layers. But I try 0.05mm for your model, still cannot help all.

Re: Countdown timer on Pro2

As preheating time will be hard to estimate, because it changes a lot under different using cases.
Maybe not starting counting time will be a little easier to achieve. Will talk to software team.

Re: Right extruder does not drop down when selected - Pro2

Does it only happen during printing or you also have the same not dropping down issue when loading filament in Utilities page?
Does extruding work proper even the nozzle doesn't drop down?

Re: Right Extruder Printing

As Pro2 has auto-lifting system, you can directly slice a file using only one side. The other side won't affect printing as it will lift up when the other one is printing. If you want to adjust the physical height of the two hot-end, here is the instruction: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1069/48...

Re: Loading filament doesn't stop!

You mean even you finish the Filament Loading guiding process, press OK and back to other pages, the feeding gear is still rotating after a few minutes?
Does filament feeding and stop work properly during printing on your printer?

Re: Nozzle use on touch screen

No matter an extra option besides current layer, current height, shows current nozzle or an different color nozzle icon should can meet you meets.
Is that because it is not obvious to see which nozzle is printing currently during printing, so that you are asking for this feature?

Re: N2 Touchscreen not reacting to touch on it's left side

It might be highly likely some hardware issue for the touching function. Which means it is still a broken screen.

Re: Temperature always on

Will it be a little dangerous that if people forget to start a new print after one print done, and let the heating components stay at high temperature for very long time, like several days?

Re: Stops extruding after first Shell

Do you mean that you can push out the filament to continue extruding easily after no extruding?
Which means either the gear is too far to bearing or the teeth of gear is washed.

The old board with drivers can work without error? And all 5 directions can be controlled by screen properly?
Then might be something wrong with the new board.
