Re: Feature request for internal support or infill when needed.

The way I mentioned above is the same as the way Squenz explained.
Attached the link of release note of version 3.0 before, which includes some examples inside how to start with per-layer and per-group settings.

Re: [FEATURE][IM-3.1]G-Code Change

You can uncheck this option. And edit the start codes above to be the ones in order you need. Then ideaMaker will stop inserting default heating code into start code any more with this option disabled.

Re: Retraction problem with 3.1.0

I do not get it though. How can any part of the *first* layer be considered *inside* the model? Well, the "model" I meant here refers to the structure inside "shells". Sorry for misunderstanding. How? I tried to find it in the "Group and Layer Settings" which btw. is a...

Re: ideaMaker 3.1.0 Release Note

Do you mean the software increase solid layer quantity automatically after user editing the layer thickness? Yes, that's what was meant. I stumbled over the wohle thing myself. Printing at general 0.25 layer height, i gave the part 3 bottom and 3 top layers. Then i changed the layer height from z0 ...

Re: display error

I'm also seeing some UI update errors in IdeaMaker 3.1.0.1545. The windows aren't rendering text properly. This is on a Mac running OS X 10.11.6 Screen Shot 2018-02-21 at 8.15.55 PM.png Doesn't look like this is directly related to Zemlin's issue, but I thought I'd mention it. Didn't meet similar p...

Re: Touchscreen Firmware 0.9.7 Release Note 2018.1.16

Does it mean after June, 2016, the Wi-Fi doesn't work properly any more, no matter which version of the firmware you use? Since we have rollback versions lower than 0.9.2, have you also tried those previous versions? Vicky, Touchscreen Firmware 0.9.7 - Eternet Cable = Working correctly since 3 days...

Here has a similar discussion as the problem you meet, the below one is a new filament type, and yours is a new printer type to create new printing setting profile based on an existing profile. http://forum.raise3d.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=6539&p=26172#p26139 After the new profile being creat...

Re: One extruder or dual-extruder?

Please leave the thermocouple of second nozzle to be connected onto extruder board after removing the second nozzle or second hotend. Or you may meet temperature error. If you want to totally remove all the components of second nozzle, you can flash single-extruder version of firmware to your machin...

Thermal-Protector - available soon to all

Dear Raise3D Community, As we have informed you recently, we were analysing the best options to make the Thermal Protector available for all printers who need it (mainly the printers that are used intensively). Initially, we bundled it with the Filament Run-Out sensor, as it seemed to be an easy way...

Re: First Layer Fan Speed Not at Zero

Whether you printer is a single-extruder type or dual-extruder type? Only the downward fan at right side on single-extruder machine is gcode controllable. The two nozzle cooling fans are constant-on as long as you power on the machine for keeping the coldend of the hotend at low temperature, or the...

Re: ideaMaker 3.0-beta Release Note Updated Rev. 3.0.4 2017.11.29

Keeps getting better and better. Good job. So far i'm really liking the new features. Any chance on implementing an "ironing" feature / neo sanding? And perhaps a "No Travel over Skin"? Ironing has taken notes. For the second one, in current version of ideaMaker, we have an opti...

Re: Touchscreen Firmware 0.9.7 Release Note 2018.1.16

Thanks for your explanations. So if rollback to the versions lower than 0.9.2, the Wi-Fi problem is still there or not? Before you upgrading to 0.9.2, which connection is more common for you to use? Before the version 0.9.2, the Wi-Fi problem was not there. Before I upgrade to 0.9.2 ( Since june 20...

If you have checked for the both ends of ribbon cable (with flat head) (on motion board and extruder board) and USB cable (on screen board and motion board) to confirm they are all well connected but still meet the error, please make contact with us.

Re: How the build volume indirectly affects the print quality?

The only heating element who can warm the internal printing space is the heated bed. Since the hot air normally tends to go up and the printing space is above heating bed, so the print quality won't be affect a lot. But if you want to preheat the whole chamber before printing, the larger volume of N...

Re: Not reaching temperature

I'm totally aware of this topic being old, but figured my own solution after having the same problem with the nozzle not reaching temperatures above 250. I recently replaced the screw on the side of the hotend, that fastens the thermocouple and must have overtightened it. I released it just a littl...
