I haven't got the clear release time of it, but I can sure that it can be released in this year. If you...

Re: Print keeps failing; Please help!

Can you please try a simple test cube and scale it in Z direction to the same height as the tube? Check whether the problem happens at the same height as this.

Re: extreme lag SSH/SCP/ideamaker remote management

Please open the back cover of the screen box, then you can find a RJ45 port which has a extended cable to the back of the machine for you to connect the you net cord. Please remove the extended cable from the screen board and use a tested functional cable to connect your PC and screen directly. Then...

If the problem is due to infill pattern, we'd love to develop more patterns for infill in ideaMaker.

Can you please change the Extruder Color to be Structure in Previews page in ideaMaker. So that I can see whether that is a sheet or infill.

Re: 0.2 nozzle settings

Do we need to change any other settings apart from the ones mentioned on our posts? And it would be great if Raise3d team puts up an informative video regarding the same so it would help the community when they plan on going from 0.4 to 0.2 nozzle. Thanks a ton! One more point, if your model has ve...

Re: PVA Support & PLA. Makes PVA Raft but PLA does not Bond and then breaks up

Check this out. Here are our testing steps and tips: http://forum.raise3d.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=960&p=9040 We don't add Raft for PVA and PLA, since they both don't have good combination with each other. We decrease the gap between support and model to be 0 to add more combination. But by d...

Re: X-axis vibration sound

If the vibration or noise on your machine is not very terrible, grease may help.
Wipe out the origin grease and apply new. We recommend PTFE grease from SuperLube.

If no help, you may need to align the axis. We will share you the procedures on support system.

Re: Anyone uses Poly Flex and if so how does it compare to ninjaflex

In my opinion, polyflex is easier to print out compared with ninjaflex. But not as soft as ninjaflex.
Haven't compared the strength before.
