Re: Feedback on N2 plus dual

For the No.3, please try the latest the touchscreen firmware.

For the No.4, we are currently developing simple PID autotune program. May not be in next. But will release soon.

For the No.13, have you tried very high temperature for this? Like 250, 260 for PLA?

Re: Print keeps failing; Please help!

If the problem is due to belt, please check whether the belt if loose or not. If the belt is too loose, its teeth will skip from the pulleys' teeth.

Re: Help needed - loss of y accuracy

This part is for limit the position of pulleys. If it is broken and the pulleys are not well fixed, the pulleys may moves a little from the origin position. Then the movement of belts will be stuck and cause shifts. So that you may need to align the crossing rods and pulleys. Shoot a ticket to us. W...

Re: Printer Filament Monitor

Fixing it at different places won't affect its function, as long as you are using guiding tube (guiding tube is necessary part for it), since even on our side we have't design a seat for it.
We will increase its cable to be longer so that you can move it to other place you want to install.

The position encoder is similar. But we are close-loop, they are open-loop.

Re: Heat Creep Issue?

Please check whether the nozzle cooling fan is working properly, keeping blowing cooling air to the heat sink around throat tube above heating block. It should be constant on for coldend cooling. Even during printing, it should not be too hot to touch with your fingers. And please also check the vol...

Re: Printer Filament Monitor

When it find that it cannot detect any movement from filament (which includes both out of filament and nozzle jam), it will feedback to motion board. Motion board will report an error on screen and pause the print in the mean time. For the price, I have no idea currently. As you see, it has not been...

Re: Feedback on N2 plus dual

Thanks so much for your feedback! All above I have taken well notes. For the No.3, do you mean on screen or in ideaMaker you cannot set temperature higher than 270C or due to hardware? If software, we have increase the limit in both latest versions of ideaMaker and Raise Touch fimware. For the No.4,...

Re: Printer Filament Monitor

Our filament monitor is not only for out of filament, so it is not just a simple sensor like endstop switch. Ours can also detect nozzle jam. So it will be more complex than the one you mentioned. I haven't got the clear release time of it, but I can sure that it can be released in this year. If you...

Can you please try a simple test cube and scale it in Z direction to the same height as the tube? Check whether the problem happens at the same height as this.

Please open the back cover of the screen box, then you can find a RJ45 port which has a extended cable to the back of the machine for you to connect the you net cord. Please remove the extended cable from the screen board and use a tested functional cable to connect your PC and screen directly. Then...

If the problem is due to infill pattern, we'd love to develop more patterns for infill in ideaMaker.
