Re: Guides for maintenance?

No specific port, we just apply lube in middle of the axis then move the extruder around to distribute lube evenly on all the moving path.
And please don't forget wiping out the origin lube before applying new lube onto axis

Re: Touchscreen Firmware 0.9.9 Release Note 2018.5.17

Noticed when I STOP a print, it doesn't move the bed bad to 0, but rather some other height quite a distance from 0. Not that it's a huge concern, but it started with the update today... And could get annoying if pressed for time. Do you mean that after print stops, the bed just stop at the stopped...

Yes, but your firmware version seems a little out of date.
Would you like to update your touchscreen firmware to the latest version and export the log to us again?

Re: thermal runaway errors but no thermal runaway sensor

Which version of firmware you are currently using?
It might be some hardware problem such as no proper temperature value feedback in time.
Please make contact with our support team.

Re: Print quality troubleshooting - vertical ridges

It looks like layer start point. The first print point of each layer after layer changes.
You can edit the setting to check whether the result changes.

Re: Is my Pro2 preheating correctly?

Want to dig out why the nozzle lifting function doesn't work first. The reason why I asked whether you had edited the nozzle temperature before print started was I wanted to confirm whether after preheating completes before print starts when the nozzle should be switched to lift up at least once, t...
