Re: Part where support is not created

Try Vertical Offset Top and Bottom both to be 1.
Are you using manual support? If so, you can try smaller size pillar.

Re: Extruder endlessly unloads at the beginning of a print.

Please check under you choose OK in loading page, will the feeding gear stops or not after a few seconds.
If it doesn't stop, please check whether it is loading or unloading.
Wait until it stops, then start print.

It is not a setting, but just an entrance for you to check how single model will start or how dual will start.

Re: Feedback on N2 plus dual

Based on my experience, with our PLA, 0.1 layer thickness, the nozzle temperature may need around 270C to afford such lot extruder in very short time.

Re: When doijng settigns GCODE keeps revertign to one extruder when set to 2

That is single extruder and dual extruder's start code and end code. You can edit it if you need. Number of Extruders 1 refers to the start code print will carry out when the model only uses one nozzle to complete. Number of Extruders 2 refers to the start code print will carry out when the model ne...

Re: Infill not consistent with TPU on a Prusa

Slic3r doesn't have marks for layers.
If you want to check layers in ideaMaker, you need to add layer code into it.

This will help it layer the model. But the extrusion width may still look a little abnormal.

Re: Help needed - loss of y accuracy

I remember Barry's vibration was due to a bad motor coupler, not this part.

Re: Part where support is not created

That should due to the offset between model and support in vertical direction. You can edit the Support Infill Angle to be 45, -45. And check whether the gap is still there.

http://www.raise3d.com/pages/faq#faq12 Those screws are designed to be loose. If you tighten them, you will see wobble at Z direction. They are designed to eliminate the difference of the assembly. And here is Jetguy's test: http://forum.raise3d.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=7&p=11736&hilit=nu...

Re: Feedback on N2 plus dual

For the No.3, please try the latest the touchscreen firmware.

For the No.4, we are currently developing simple PID autotune program. May not be in next. But will release soon.

For the No.13, have you tried very high temperature for this? Like 250, 260 for PLA?

Re: Print keeps failing; Please help!

If the problem is due to belt, please check whether the belt if loose or not. If the belt is too loose, its teeth will skip from the pulleys' teeth.

This part is for limit the position of pulleys. If it is broken and the pulleys are not well fixed, the pulleys may moves a little from the origin position. Then the movement of belts will be stuck and cause shifts. So that you may need to align the crossing rods and pulleys. Shoot a ticket to us. W...

Re: Printer Filament Monitor

Fixing it at different places won't affect its function, as long as you are using guiding tube (guiding tube is necessary part for it), since even on our side we have't design a seat for it.
We will increase its cable to be longer so that you can move it to other place you want to install.

When it find that it cannot detect any movement from filament (which includes both out of filament and nozzle jam), it will feedback to motion board. Motion board will report an error on screen and pause the print in the mean time. For the price, I have no idea currently. As you see, it has not been...
