Actually it is under-developing. You may see it in near future.

Re: Grinding filment = clogged extruder

We have instruction video shows you how to remove and take the parts of hotend apart. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q3EaDHNdlKU&t=28s For your case, you need to drop the build plate down to ensure that there has enough space for you to remove the hotend. Or give us a call maybe, if you have an...

Re: Unstable extruder temperature reading

I tried tuning at 215, and at 210. I have been printing mostly pla. I did do one petg print the other day and I tuned for 240 before the print, but at the time I hadn't noticed the temperature stability yet, so I don't know well it performed. I re-tuned for pla since then. Is it advised to reboot t...

Re: Touchscreen Firmware 0.9.7 Release Note 2018.1.16

After updating to the new Raise Touch, the screen is flashing after turn-off just like an photoblitz. Should be due to low power of battery. Please press the reset button at the back side of the screen box to check whether it can stop the flashing. Then power on to check the power of the battery wh...

Re: Unstable extruder temperature reading

I was wondering if there was a solution found for this? I'm trying to track down some very minor inconsistent layer issues on my prints and noticed my temperature fluctuates 8-9 degrees according to the display. I've performed the pid auto tuning which didn't make a difference, and insulated the ho...

Re: is the printer head block hollow ?

The inner structure of the CNC version is also hollow, almost the same as the milled version but with no draft angle. The wall thickness should be around 3mm.

All the files were the same gcode files which can be printed out properly before? Haven't edited any setting or resliced yet?

You want to replace only the LCD or the whole screen box? Which screw is bothering you?
It is better to contact our support engineer to help in case any unnecessary damage to the new parts.

Re: Filament Run-out Sensor Add-on

Many of us will need an adapter for Bondtech extruders. That's the only reason I haven't ordered the filament sensor yet. May I ask what will be the adapter used for? The sensor will be located between the filament spool holders and the feeding tube. Should have no relationship to the extruder itse...

Re: Filament Run-out Sensor Add-on

Thank you for your feedback! As you know, we do value it. Our team has analysed different options to make the Thermal-Protector available for those who may need it. We perfectly understand that some users may be heavy users but still do not need the Filament Run-Out Sensor Add-On. The back-office ma...

Re: Lowering Bed to bottom after print is done

What about an option on touchscreen, you can define a value for bed to lower to after print? If the value is smaller than the last Z position, then it won't move. If not, the bed will drop to the defined value. That would work for me. Would it be set then saved permanently, or would it have to be s...

Hot melts may help.

Re: ideaMaker 3.0-RC Release Note Updated Rev. 3.0.5 2017.12.18

Which version of ideaMaker are you using? I'm using the latest version. Sliced your tested file with 99% infill, I can see the 5th line inside. Well, this was with 3.0.5.1438. Interestingly my win10 died a couple of days ago and I had to set it back meaning all applications were gone and so are my ...

No, you can only assign one model for one nozzle.
