Re: pivot changing

Got you point. You want to choose one model as pivot center but not always the center of the build plate.

Notes taken, will back to software department.

Re: problem with spiral vase mode

Except the temperature and speed Jetguy mentioned above -- which are both very important to the extrusion, I saw that you are using 0.3mm as layer height. I recommend set it smaller, since single shell provides no remedial opportunity, every point, every layer only has one time to bond with previous...

Re: Dual head print shifted in Y

There has description beside each slot as Jetguy mentioned. But you may need to check very carefully since the letters are very small. _20170620181730.jpg From top to the bottom, there have five driver modules in total. E1 E0 Z Y X Which means if you want to switch the X & Y drivers, then you ne...

How much voltage have you tried?
What about the nozzle cooling fans? Are they keeping on blowing cooling air to the heat sink around the throat tube?

Would you like to help export the log during printing? Since the problem happens at the beginning of print, after it happens, do not stop the print. Export the log first.

Re: Know the print time when print is finished

By the way, only when the print is completely finished, it will be recorded into dashboard.
If you stop it in middle, there will have no record about it in dashboard.

Re: Tech support unable to advise, printing ceases after 30-40 mins

Have you ever tried adjusting the voltage of stepper drivers for extruder motor?
Did you open the top cover when printing low temperature filament?
If hand push the filament in, when it stop extruding, can extrusion continues or not?

Re: Dual head print shifted in Y

If it is due to nozzle strike, maybe you can give Z hop a try. It will drop the build plate before every nozzle first movement, which is the most likely moment cause shifting. If you have time to test, steppers are also a another try. You can start a very high but no need very big model. To see whet...

Re: Optimize printing sequence for multiple objects

Sorry, but in the current ideaMaker, no.
It only has one default printing sequence which cannot be changed.

We will optimize the moving path in future versions.
Thanks for you suggestion!

Re: Touch screen blacked out

Try reset button at the back of the screen.
If it does no help, open the screen cover and unplug the battery from the screen board.

If still does no help, please shoot a ticket on our support system or contact your supplier for technical support.

And the replacement screen assy has been already shipped out to you before that. Please check with Ali whether he got our replies a...

Re: Touch screen stops working after few minutes

If only the touch function does not work properly, but the values on screen keeps changing over time, then should be related to grounding.
You can test with wired mouse, since it has no requirement for the grounding.

Re: Show infill in model

Sorry, but no.
How the infill looks like depends on how much you set for fill density and how many shells you have set.
Which means, what the infill structure will be designed after slicing. After that ideaMaker can know how much you set for fill density and how many shells you set.

Re: What these screws are for?

If you can level the bed to proper range and you have insulation board, then you can use them together.
They are both used for adjusting height, no other special use. No need to worry about the difference.

Re: What these screws are for?

Should be for heating bed leveling adjusting.
If you have insulation board under heated bed, then nylon tip screws are not necessary. You can use these screws directly.

Re: Some wierd actions on my N2 after touchscreen firmware update

The steps per unit's values seem at proper range.
For the log, could you please advise when did you export it out? The printer seems at idle state from the information of log.

For the problem you meet, does it happen at the beginning of printing or after complete few layers after?

Re: Dual head print shifted in Y

For the two color not being calibrated very well, there are two situations: 1. The two models are not well positioned when slicing in ideaMaker. 2. The two nozzles are not well calibrated in X & Y directions. If it is the first one, try Align Together with Move button enabled. If it is the secon...
