Re: Printing at 0.01mm (10 Microns)

0.01mm performs very different among different model structure. So that we can only provide some settings for you to start with. You need to adjust depends on the printing results.

Re: Tech support unable to advise, printing ceases after 30-40 mins

No need the page up or down. The previous page shows the records before.
If you want to check the temperature during printing, just start a print. After it starts, you can enter settings - machine tab - more settings - Serial port logs and press export.

Re: 270°C or higher

Try PID auto-tuning.
I just shared the steps here: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1505&p=15761#p15761

If you need 270C, then set the tuning temperature to be 270C.

Re: Hot Glue Dripping for Connectors (silicone)

Would you like to share the melting pictures, the label on your extruder motors and the serial number of your machine and when did you buy the machine from onto our ticket system? So that we can check whether it is silicone batch. If so, we need to consider change this.

Re: Some wierd actions on my N2 after touchscreen firmware update

Ok, so then the Raisepack update officially posted, the one that people may have loaded may be faulty and cause random extrusion rate increases? And then with no way to roll back, the only way is to update forward to this beta update? We will upload the rollback versions of 0.7.2, 0.8.0 and 0.9.0 o...

Re: Hot Glue Dripping for Connectors (silicone)

Which melt in the pictures mbb.mech shared should be hot glue. We have already changed it to be silicone glue which can stand much higher temperature than hot glue. Based on our tests in factory, haven't seen it will melt during printing.

Re: Some wierd actions on my N2 after touchscreen firmware update

a question as to what is going on with this issue. does this occur only if you override the settings or all the time? I haven't tried to print with my machine yet since i have rebuilt it. Seems the problem only happens when you use screen auto-loading filament before printing. If you directly start...

Re: Tech support unable to advise, printing ceases after 30-40 mins

From the serial log, the machine seems at idle state. Did you export it out during printing or after a while of printing complete?

If related to temperature, have you even seen the nozzle temperature changes a lot during printing?

Re: Hot Glue Dripping for Connectors (silicone)

We have already reported the problem to R&D department. They are considering different plans for this. We will most likely add something can provide heat insulation between motor and extruder.

There is both auto tune and manual tune, and while great features, they do need greater usage explanation for many users.

Notes taken. We will prepare a guide of how to autotune PID.

Would you like to which version of touchscreen works properly for you?
Would you like to share the motion board firmware you are using with us?
If the temperature still shows abnormal, would you like to export the serial log for us when the temperature doesn't show the real temperature?
