Re: Issue with Resume Print after power failure

There should have an option in the latest version of RaiseTouch which is called preheat before after print recovery under More Settings -> Advanced Setting. Which may can help you nozzle sticking issue.

If you still have issues with this, we'd like to help check what's going on by the gcode and data files.

Re: Is the Pro2 Capable of Simultaneous Dual Extrusion (Ditto Mode)?

Don't really think Pro2 is going to support this feature. As we only drop the printing nozzle and will rise the unused nozzle up. So the two nozzles will always at different height.

Not yet. A clear schedule for the App. But if you have paid any attention to information and feedback of RaiseCloud, it can almost achieve all your needs, but not an App, it's a webpage.

Not yet by now. We are going to add a function under remote control in ideaMaker to let users have chance to view timelapse not only from touchscreen but also from PC side.

Re: Cold nozzles reading 240° C

Have you ever tried pre-loading more filament before unloading?
If it is always around the feeding gear, it may due to the filament itself is sensitive to temperature from motor. We will try to figure out a solution for this.

Re: Working with Raisecloud

RaiseCloud is currently a beta version and we are developing the transmission channel between ideaMaker and RaiseCloud. It will be very convenient if you want to transfer your .gcode file to RaiseCloud once this function being acheived.
Thank you for your comments on our products.

Re: Z Hop - Hopping after every single line on 1st layer

Try rectilinear type line pattern for solid infill layers.
Then there will be one continuous line for one solid infill section instead of multiple individual lines.

From the settings you shared, I see that you are using the default High Quality ABS settings.
Have you ever tried printing with lower nozzle temperature to compare the results?

Re: Cold nozzles reading 240° C

Hello. Here is test cube print I did today with Raise 3D Premium Gray PLA filament and with standard default settings in IdeaMaker. The extrusion of Raise3D PLA looks fine, and actually it looks over-extrusion. BTW, did you remember which height you have jam with Esun PLA at? Here is the part. Jam ...

You can also try move the extruder to center position on screen to enable the both side of motors. And try to move the extruder manually to see whether it can be moved or not.

Re: How can I print support structures in HIPS?

I personally haven't printed HIPS before. But I see that has HIPS profiles in ideaMaker, maybe it can be a easy start point for settings.
BVOH is a filament very sensitive to moisture, must be fully dried before printing.
