Re: Clogging during a print

Hi Sergey, Have you ever checked that when it is no extruding during printing, if you hand push the filament, will it be loaded out more from nozzle? Have you ever checked the tip of the filament when you find there is no extruding and load the filament out? Does the tip expand a lot? How about the ...

Re: Printer Filament Monitor

Do you mean that you want to install your own filament monitor but need a code to trigger a pause?
Or do you mean the one we are currently testing? If you refers to ours, yes, we will add pause function into it.

Re: ABS+HIPS

Have you ever tried with feel gauge to check the distance between nozzle and build plate at different positions on build plate?
Have you install the fan bottom cover to prevent cooling air to model which will cause shrinkage?
How about the top cover which is is used to keep the chamber temperature?

Re: Thermocoupler Question (v1 vs v2)

Per my other post, I have a feeling I'll be buying a thermocoupler soon. The page says to get the correct version for my printer, but I'm not sure which that is - let me explain. I have a v1 printer from the kickstarter. I replaced the hotend with the v2 when it was released but I did not change ou...

Re: Touch screen and calibration issues

Have you ever tried with one hand touching some metal thing, like the metal frame inside the printer, and the other hand touch the screen? Will it be better?

Re: Auto - resume not working at 100% battery

Please help check, when you turn off the main power, does the screen display something like, it is saving the dump file, and the dump file is successfully saved? Or the screen turns off directly with power off.

Re: Severe warping. What to do?

And also check the distance. If the distance between nozzle tip and build surface is too far, the print will tend to warp very easily or even cannot stick to bed. If it is too near, it cannot extruder enough filament onto the bed.

Re: Shipping rates

I'd love to place an order for about 8 rolls of Raise3d Premium PLA as I've had great results from it. The shipping cost to New Zealand is astounding though ... In this example of just 4 rolls, the total cost in $NZ also puts me over the customs tax allowance which means I'd be liable for customs t...

Re: Multiple part model coordinates

As I know, when you load a file into Meshlab, it will keep the origin coordinate.
But ideaMaker will arrange the coordinate which is to make models stay in center and apart with other models.

Re: HELP REALLY SCREWSED Up - Blue wire to right extruder heatin rod snapped

Please remove the thermocouple first before inserting the prob of heating rod into the heat block.
Because there is a thick section at the end of thermocople's end. If you install the thermocouple first, then it will block the way which heater needs to pass from.
