Re: turn OFF

The screen needs to have enough time to figure out whether the power supply has been switched from Power Supply Unit to Battery. And saving the current printing status also takes time. The screen needs to find out which code is the one currently printing and save the record then power off itself.

It's hard to give an answer, depending on batch.
The free request of Thermal-Protector is still open. You can request one for your printer whenever you want.

We have changed the expression on this sticker nearly from the one you see to be "Lid not required when printing PLA" in case misunderstanding.

We normally throw it for a whole night, around 8-10 hours. But if you leave it in the printer even longer, it should just be fine.

Re: PVA transparent filament not detected by sensor.

I'm so sorry but it's hard for us to test all filaments in the market, so we cannot give a definitive answer.
In general, it normally works properly with most filament. However, being an optical sensor, it is possible that it won’t be activated by a filament that is very clear.

Re: PVA transparent filament not detected by sensor.

The run-out sensor may be not that friendly to some transparent filament as the infrared c. The only option for such issue may only be disable the run out sensor when using such kind of filament.

Re: Pro2 Overheating.

Yes, you are right. Let's try to figure out which part is the root cause, then see whether we can find any solution for this issue to either adding error report or other checking or warning steps for safety.

Re: Multiple STL files, not on build platform, add support structure?

Or you can import one model into ideaMaker and carry out Free Cut in ideaMaker, if the Free Cut function in ideaMaker can meet you needs. Then you have no need to create several STL during modeling.

Re: Updating Dropbear SSH To Fix Vulnerability

It would also be useful for backups to have rsync installed on a future firmware update as well. May I ask the reason why you need to use rsync? For backup the files from touchscreen? Yes. So I can backup my print files. I've worked in Linux/UNIX IT for most of my career so I'm very familiar with t...

HI All, Bought the sensor, mounted it to the printer, downloaded the new firmware and connected the sensor to the board as shown in the guide... Started a print job, cut the filament just above the sensor and let it "run-out"... Nope no show, the printer doesn't stop..... Tried to measure...

I will recommend that not using the printer temporarily until we figure out the root cause and fix it. Or overheating will cause a damage.

Re: Is my Pro2 preheating correctly?

Hello, I have the same problem. The right extruder works fine if the left extruder prints the raft. But if I have a right extruder-only print, the right extruder never lowers to print the raft (left extruder is still the lowest). Pro2, ideaMaker 3.1.7 Thanks Jake We have found a bug in firmware whi...

Re: Pro2 Overheating.

Please submit a support ticket at help.raise3d.com. We want to get more detail information about the current temperature issue you are meeting with.
Have you ever tried with move the extruder around manually with nozzles not heating and check whether the temperature values change on screen or not.
