The printer is using Touchscreen to collect the printer status and codes from print files to motion board. You may need to upload the file to touchscreen first then touchscreen can read the codes to start printing.

Would you like to confirm whether you computer has dual graphics? Sometimes when computer changes power mode, it will automatically switch between the graphics. Please try to update the graphic drivers to be the latest version. If you meet the freezing issue again, please go to Task Manager to check...

Please confirm whether the nozzle's real temperature is high or only shown as a high temperature, which are implied to different issues, automatically heats up or wrong temperature feedback.

There is no option in ideaMaker to disable dense support layers from only bottom or top. We think the dense support layers are helping improving the print quality of the model surfaces where has support structures, not only the top of the supports but also the bottom of the supports will also leave ...

Not 100% percentage. Would you like try hotend of right side on left side and also swap the cooling fans to see whether these two are the factors.

We don't recommend to move the print head too fast in case the current generated from motor may damage other components.

Warm the filament, it will go soft. Then it can be easily removed by tweezers.

You don't really need to take the top totally off, you can just loose its fixing screws to have space to move it around to reach to coupler. If you only want to check, you can reach to the one on right back corner by opening the side door and reach to the one at left back corner by removing the back...

The flowrate under filament settings is the same one on touchscreen. If you change the flowrate on touchscreen, it will override the one you set under filament settings. If you set the flowrate under filament settings to be 90% and infill flowrate to be 80% all the other structures using 100% flowra...

Sorry, it's my fault. I thought you got a N series printer. But I just read your first post again, that you have mentioned that you have a Pro2. For Pro2 series printer, both nozzles will be heat up before print starts, so that the filament in nozzles can be heated to soft. If nozzle jogging happens...
