Have you tried with a little bit higher nozzle temperature for this? Have ever tried with 0.8mm nozzle?
If lower flowrate can help getting rid of clicking, it may because of over pressure of extrusion.

Not screw. By heat and we know both why. The problem is material. Period. We have two factors here. Temperature - heat and isopropyl alcohol. Both works wrong with the used material. The Thermal Protector is only for N series printers. Pro2 has a differently designed controller board.

Which version of ideaMaker are you currently using? If not the latest version, it may not match properly with your firmware.
Have you tried with Hot Spot with your cell phone?

You need to calibrate your X Y offset now. It is inside More Settings -> Hardware -> Extruders. I guess you issue might because that Factory Reset sets the offset to be 0.
I will recommend you to start from X 25, Y 0.

Ribbon cable has one-year free warranty. If you purchased your printer at Sep., 2017, you should can get a free ribbon cable if you have a defective one.

The warped section in your picture looks like the end of the thread of the fixing screw for the handle.
Please help check whether the warp is due to the screw or not.

Increase the minimal travel retraction value will decrease the retraction quantity.
Please also will increase the strings and oozing on small features which are close to other features around, under 4mm.

With the latest version of ideaMaker you can find your configuration folders of ideaMaker from Help -> Configuration Folder in ideaMaker.
