Re: Print head not returning to origin after print

Does it happen with different models you print?
Which slicing software are you using?
May I see your gcode file? Want to confirm the endcode.

Re: N1 Quick Start: Z-axis clamp?

Taken notes about the security request. Will check whether we can Firmware update refers to touchscreen update? Attach the USB storage and reboot the machine? Do you have any advise about how to show the process to users more clearly? For the top cover, can you see there is a label on the top of it?...

Re: Hitting support layers / ZHOP settings

For such long-distance movement, there should have retraction triggered.
May I ask the gcode and data file of this model to take a look?

Re: Print-Quality - is this what one can expect?

The surface still looks not such good. And I saw a obvious line approaching to the top. Is it the same height as the height you have problem before? The second picture is layer start point. Since your model has a continuous regular shape, with nearest layer start point set, the points will be concen...

Re: Hitting support layers / ZHOP settings

Avoid retraction inside model won't affect Z hop for support structure. That option only works for the inner structure of model, such as infill. But support is outer structure, the retraction will still be there to trigger the Z hop.

Re: N2 slices are using both filaments when my settings say one

I saw in the estimated information, all the printed out filament would be extruded only be Right side. Do you may what does the Right Extrduer mean in your screenshot in the dialog blow estimated information? That is for you to choose which model to print with which extruder. Sometimes users will im...

Re: startup issue with S3d gcode (Edit: appears to actually be random hanging)

I'm not sure the reason why, but in your gcode file I did see some M105 codes. With all M105 codes removed, the print completed without problem on our machine.

Re: ideaMaker 3.0-beta Release Note Updated Rev. 3.0.4 2017.11.29

Is it possible to make the layer height fields support up to 4 decimal places? This would help users match their optimal stepper motor heights. Also is it possible to adjust a filament factor if the diameter measures off? Overall I am very impressed with IdeaMaker coming from simplify3d at work. No...

it is too large to upload, even zipped, is there any other way of getting it to you? File received. Found a bug in preview with dual-extruder slicing. Just a preview bug, won't affect the real settings for temperature. We will try to fix it soon. well if you are using the preview to find layers to ...

Re: ideaMaker 3.0-beta Release Note Updated Rev. 3.0.4 2017.11.29

Yes, I mean the gap between outer and inner shell. Which would lead to a very weak part. Regarding your question: IMG_4039.JPG Btw., as far as I understood the thin wall option this would not make a difference here. That option is to determine below which thickness objects are printed as one solid ...
