Re: Error 11

Would you like to advise whether your printer is a dual-extruder version or single-extruder version? It looks like the second thermocoupler is not properly functional. You can test with flashing single-extruder version of firmware or switching the thermocoupler on left and right with each other to s...

Re: Nozzle hits the other object when jumping from one to other

Make sure that you have confirmed the distance between nozzle and build plate with feeler gauge inside accessory box.
And you can enable Z hop in ideaMaker to avoid such issues.

Re: Issues with Start of Print - Raise n Purge Not Happening

May I have your gcode and data files to take a look? If the issue only happens with your old files, please export them out from the printer and share with us. Go to More Settings -> Privacy and Security to enable Enable Exporting Local Files to External Storage. Then you can export the local files i...

You can apply glue on build surface as well. And clean the glue after with water and clean cloth.

Printing this filament with 0.4mm nozzle may leave to much pressure to extrusion, which may cause clogging.

Whether currently you are only facing with sticking issue or some other issues too? If only sticking, please take a look of the following thread which is some testing record we did for PVA on N series printer: http://forum.raise3d.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=960&p=9040 Please enable Dense Layer ...

Re: Proto Pasta Stainless PLA

Have you tried with a little bit higher nozzle temperature for this? Have ever tried with 0.8mm nozzle?
If lower flowrate can help getting rid of clicking, it may because of over pressure of extrusion.

Re: Bed handle snap off

Not screw. By heat and we know both why. The problem is material. Period. We have two factors here. Temperature - heat and isopropyl alcohol. Both works wrong with the used material. You should use a heat-resistant silicone. The warp may due to screws. But snapping off looks weird. Once you open th...

Which version of ideaMaker are you currently using? If not the latest version, it may not match properly with your firmware.

So please ask in the technique and answer our questions: 1. Can you understand the bug with the ribbon cable in your experiments? 2. Are you already working ...
