Re: Edit support in slicing template?

I'm so sorry, but you cannot edit the support generating section manually with auto support. BTW, I'm more curious about the reason why the manual support does not work well for you. You were using Create Auto Supports with Manual Support enabled, right? But the front side don't create a continuous ...

Re: Reclaim lost build area

Raise3D Team, I found out today (after many nozzle crashes & horrible noises over the past few weeks) that the binder clips encroach on the effective build area of the machine. I printed a 265mm x 265mm test square (centered to the 305mm x 305mm build area, giving 20mm clearance all around) to ...

And the driver has also been replaced now? What about new firmware with old driver, will it trigger the problem again?

Re: Raft Problems

Have you pause this project in the mid?
Have you checked the height of the two nozzles? The right one seems a little lower than the left side one, which may cause nozzle striking.
If you feel any abnormal of your mechanical system, please shoot us a support ticket.

Re: Dual N2 with Right extruder removed - load single or dual firmware?

The difference between single and dual firmware is whether detecting the right side temperature or not. If you want to keep the right side thermocouple, then dual firmware. If you want to remove the right side thermocouple, then single firmware. And you will lose the heating function for right side ...

Re: Filament stop going out of hot end during printing

It is hard to say. But I would recommend you to double check whether the nozzle cooling fans are blowing cooling air to heatsink of the hotend properly to keep the coldend of the hotend at low temperature, even during nozzle heating. Or the filament will extend over time under high temperature befor...

So you want to the inner circle complete all the shells, than the little circles one by one then other structure?
Maybe in other order, but each feature completes shells then move to the next?

Re: Z offset

If so, that should take effect as long the screen show the temperature you set and drop or rise it properly.
Did you see obvious difference on the model? Maybe it is due to the picture cannot show the details clearly.
