Re: Filament stuck inside

If your machine was installed with V1 hotend and V2 thermcouple, then your extruder board should be V1 by default. V2 extruder board has Caps installed by default. If yours are V1 board and want to use V2 thermocouple, then you should leave message when purchasing and we will provide you extra Caps ...

Would you like to double check that your cooling fans are keeping on blowing cooling air to the heat sink of the hotend?
And may I ask some clear pictures of the different sides of the hotend?

Re: Bed Level Flattness looks not flatt - Is it normal?

Would recommend you to carry out a bed leveling.
Here is the instruction: http://www.raise3d.com/pages/bed-leveling-instruction
Please check the whole bed before start. If only one section like the picture above, then only need to adjust that adjusting point under.

Re: Pausing Print NOT pausing!!!

If the print doesn't stop after shoot the pause, normally it is due to it hasn't complete the last code. So the board hasn't read the pause yet.
If you can reproduce the problem again, you can export the serial log during waiting the pause. And share with us for double check.

Re: Pausing Print NOT pausing!!!

Would you like to advise the version of Raise Touch, should be something like, 0.7.0.998 or 0.9.2.1001?

Does it mean that the nozzle movement and extruding doesn't stop after 10 mins after shoot the pause button? And the loading icon keeps on rotating for over 10 mins with printing is still going?

When there has no extruding, can you load the filament into nozzle and directly start another print, or need to unclog the nozzle then filament can be extruded out?

Re: Print stats do not make it to dashboard

Did your two print totally completed printing? Or have you stop it in middle?
Dash board only records prints that totally complete.
Please enter Settings - Machine - More settings - Privacy and security - Collect print statistics. And share a photo of that page.

Re: prtint stop takes very long time

There has an option called FastStop under Setting -> More Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Use FastStop , it saves a lot time than default stop. And yes, the default stop needs to wait until the last code is totally complete then carry out. But FastStop will not wait until the code be complete, it w...

Not sure how to calculate the ventilation.
But as we measured before, with heated bed set to be 110C, the inner chamber can reach to about 60-70C.

Re: Flawed Printing

5-layer is the default setting. If your model has very large flat surface needs solid top, increasing infill density and quantity of top solid layer is necessary. The layer quantity depends on the layer thickness you set. Normally we recommend at least 0.7mm for normal structures. Which means, if yo...
