Sometimes filament stuck inside extruder may due to that there has jam below extruder, such as in hot-end, PTFE tube, then the new filament cannot move in any more. For any jam, we will recommend to contact Raise3D support to figure out the origin jam is at which height first, remove the jam complet...

Seems you are not currently using the default slicing profile.
Would you like to test once with standard settings profile to see whether the nozzle does the same or not?

For any jam, we will recommend to contact Raise3D support to figure out the origin jam is at which height first, remove the jam completely or replace the problem parts then start another print.

Any idea on how to remove jammed filament? We have had issues previously where the filament gets cut right at the drive wheel. This time it did that but got stuck below the drive wheel. Please shoot a support ticket to us at help.raise3d.com. Your issue may related to loose wiring, there has a cable used to control the nozzle lifting.

Normally for Pro2, you only need to check the leveling screws in 4 corners.

The reason why we force nozzle to do a preheating before nozzle switching is for in case there has filament inside the nozzle when you enable the one currently at higher position. Currently in ideaMaker you can only change the infill pattern under Per-layer settings.
The options you choose there will be changed to be the values you set under the height range you set.

If you haven't deleted the .data file created together with the .gcode file, you can import the .data file into ideaMaker to check out the settings in its profile.

Where did you place the printer at? If it is not located at any place with cold enviornment, there should have something wrong with the temperature detection system.
