Re: Just Released N2 Pro

I am confused, why would Raise3D be shipping the initial batch Pro2 printers with a bunch of 3d printed parts? I would be very disappointed if I paid $4000 for a professional grade printer to find a bunch of 3d printed upgrades all over the thing? Wouldn't it make more sense to develop the molded p...

Re: Just Released N2 Pro

Matterhacker has the new pro2 demo unit on display now. If anyone has a chance to visit them, might want to check it out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OK_cm8eobCk Does anyone know where I can get the silicone sockets shown in the video? The structures of hot end on N series and Pro2 series are n...

Re: Ideamaker repair issue, loft objects

Is it possible for you to modify the origin model?
The problem sections are designed without any thickness.
The following link may help you to get better understanding.

Re: Just Released N2 Pro

From our tests, we think that mechanical pre-calibration is more reliable than electronic system. Once the calibration is achieved, the flatness will be more accurate which will result in a higher quality of the printed models. So, about the bed leveling system, is it similar to the one found on th...

Re: Just Released N2 Pro

Hey Vicky, whats about auto bed leveling? We are considering to buy the new pro version. But, if there is and will be no auto bed leveling, we may stick with the N2. We have done the BL-Touch mod, which only was possible due to the marlin firm. From our tests, we think that mechanical pre-calibrati...

The latest batch of N series in factory had been installed with Thermal Protector by origin.
On the new Pro2 series', the function of Thermal Protector has been integrated onto the Motion Controller Board.

Re: Retrofit N2 with Pro series features

Even if the base and the frame of the Pro2 are very similar to the N2, both printers are essentially different, targeting a different market, with different requirements and with a different price point. The cost of a possible upgrade from a N2 to a Pro2 printer would be extremely expensive. Nevert...

Hello Raise3D, how come the single extruder version of the N2 and Pro2 are not listed in the web store? I noticed that the status of N2 has just changed to sold out. Are you going to have more this month or you will stop its production? Unfortunately, the N2 printer with single extruder is out of s...

May I ask which version of touchscreen firmware you are using?
And may I ask your gcode and data files for test?
